I can not remember the gentleman's name, but he helped me with getting the payment voided at the other location and had it put in there instead. At this point I was expecting a 25+ minute wait but got my food in under half the time. The customer service I received was amazing and I would gladly come back.”

There was a large group sitting behind us and they were being loud, rude and obnoxious and the waitresses were more than kind to them .... “This location is usually amazing and I love the food. However, the last time we went there was crazy. The server (older lady with a hunch) forgot us pretty much. Our food took an hour to come out (3 medium steaks that came our near rare and one well steak that came out medium). We had to wait forever on drink refills and the "fresh" tea was just water. It was not very busy and it was fully staffed. To top it off, after waiting for half an hour for the check, the server brought out the card but refused to give us a receipt. We asked again and guess what? She went to the TRASH CAN and FISHED IT OUT. She then tried to hand it to us. The manager was called and he took care of it. This is a critique of the server more than the place. It wasn't the first time I've seen that happen with her.”

“As a party of 7, to celebrate a Birthday, we were seated in a little cove. It was perfect. We had a wonderful server. Our group ordered soda, wine, and mixed drinks and they were all cold and delicious. We ordered a variety of entrees as well, salmon, pasta w/chicken, Veal parmigiana (it was huge), and pasta w/marinara. Again, our plates meals were served hot and delicious. The salad had a bit too much dressing, the breadsticks were perfect. I highly recommend this Olive Garden location.”

“On a weekend, it's typically a little busier than most nights which is understandable. However, the service was slow and we couldn't seem to find our waiter, or any waiters, for a while and had to eat the food with our hands which for the dishes we had was fine but it wasn't pleasant. The food itself was well prepared and the drinks were too but the amount that it costs could be a little lower for what is served. The daily specials are good and I look forward to going on the days that I like the special. Later at night when most of the crowd is cleared out, the service gets better and it gets quieter if you're looking for a low key bar that doesn't blast music.”

“The food and service by the waitress and counter staff was great. But $5.19 for 2 eggs was ridiculous! It was the manager who was unkind. When I asked about it he stated that is the way the system rings it up and the waitress should have told me. I just feel that corporate should think about their a la cart pricing. The manager should have been more professional. It is pretty sad that the staff was apologizing and he left me standing there after his quick explanation.
