The Old Mohawk

This is a solid neighborhood bar/restaurant. The menu is diverse. The food is delicious and consistent. Above all the staff is very friendly and attentive. You can count on there being some gems on their seasonal menu and the daily soups never disappoint. On the regular menu, I LOVE The Mother Mohawk sandwich.

Accommodating to families and various party sizes. Free street parking which is typically not too difficult to find nearby.

Lively atmosphere. I noticed seasoned adults (like myself ) as well as families. Menu had a mix of traditional American foods as well as their own creations. I apologize for not providing more details since I am reviewing the next day. I was feeling burger and onion rings. My food was great, good value and our waitress was happy to serve us. They also have a nice selection of spirits. Great choice for my evening!

I had the best salad there - Mexican Cobb (ordered vinaigrette instead)!! A bonus is they have delicious iced tea as well. Not an overly friendly staff, but very efficient. I witnessed a local elderly man treating the female staff to some chocolates for Valentine's. Super sweet!

Party of 6 on a Saturday afternoon about 4pm. Place was lively. Ordered multiple rounds of drinks, apps, and 6 different entrées, and our server didn't miss a beat. Solid food top to bottom. Priced right too. Definitely recommend. Especially for lunch. Will return.

Awesome service and down to earth great food. Born in German village with a rich "cool" history. Was visiting family definitely a great place for lunch. If we had more time would of loved to done happy hour then on sure a great dinner.
