    Thomas took my order & he made my experience remarkable. It was lunch time and they were very busy, but he was handling everything professionally & to the best of his ability. He was very thorough & knowledgeable. The service Thomas provided me is by far the best Wendy’s customer service experience I have ever had.

    Depending on what time you go the service is good. Usually towards the evening when the younger people are working check your food twice. I'm sure you're missing something. The nice thing is there's a door close to the drive-thru to walk in and get it.
