“Really enjoyed our experience here. The staff was cordial and accommodating, the coffee was great and the sandwiches were on point. I got a large house and my wife got a large iced vanilla latté. As far as food my wife got an amazing fried chicken egg and cheese on a biscuit (I know it was amazing as i stole a healthy bite when she wasn't looking 😋) between the pickled red onions and hot honey, I was a little envious. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel which was great but honestly I will be getting the chicken next time for sure. We sat outside under an umbrella but there was plenty of seating inside as well. Plenty of parking. The atmosphere was was kind of country as its next door to the iconic Granville Mill but equal parts modern contemporary. They did a great job transforming the old train station into a trendy coffee house. Pictured you can see my wife's sandwich and kind of blurry in the background is my sandwich. After a generous tip our total was around $30.00.”

“My partner and I stayed here the night of November 1, 2022. We had a fabulous experience. The inn is a historic treasure and the rooms are elegant. It was like staying in a time capsule (the inn was built in 1924). The complimentary lunch was the best I have ever had. I am used to continental breakfasts or steam tables with overcooked food. Not here. We also had dinner in their restaurant the evening of the 1st. The shrimp & grits was unique (the chef is from Alabama, so he knows what he is doing), and the French onion soup was the best I have ever had. A bit pricey but worth it! After all, you are surrounded by dark wood paneling and doted upon by the waiter. Finally, all members of the staff were very nice and eager to accommodate. Overall, I cannot think of any complaint (believe me, this is quite rare for me).”

“Comfort food at a good price! I like getting breakfast at any time of day, but dinners are good, too. I was there on Thanksgiving and they had several choices for your entree, bread, side dishes and dessert. Since it was Thanksgiving, I chose turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy. Their mashed potatoes are excellent! For dessert one of the choices was "pumpkin supreme pie".....basically a combination of pumpkin pie and chersecake one on top of the other. It was delicious! I highly recommend it! It was a great place to go on a holiday.....no wait, good food and good service. Plus I didn't have to cleanup!”

“We have lived in Granville for several years and have always meant to have brunch at The Buxton Inn, and we finally did. The service was very nice and the Inn had a historic interior- you can imagine people arriving by horseback and eating meals by candlelight. Sadly, the food was quite bland. I almost think I could have cooked something better at home. We will return to try dinner sometime and hope it is much better.”

“To bring some clarity to the spread of reviews. 1. The restroom is small with a water heater right in front of you. However, it clearly wasn't designed to be for public use so it's not expected to be like a public restroom. 2. Food was fantastic, ice cream was great. A lot of soft serve options. Very similar to the resturant "Cookout". 3. Small seating area, but not inherently a good or bad thing. 4. Staff was extremely nice. 5. Gave one of the best military discounts I've ever seen at a restaurant (30% for family, 50% individual) All in all, we reallyy enjoyed this place and have no reservations in giving it 5/5.”

“This is the third time I have been to Three Tigers Brewing Company and I live in Buffalo NY. My parents live in the area so when I come to visit we love going there! It has been amazing all three times! We went there last night and yet again the service was beyond amazing and wait times were very responsible and the food is well deserving of the 5 stars! They have a great beer selection as well. The only problem is limited parking but that hasn’t stopped us yet! Thanks for the great experiences so far!”

“Super tiny, but proof that amazing tasting things can come in small packages. These hot bagel sandwiches will hit the spot on a cold day or fuel any outdoor activity but seating is limited so beware. Breakfast bagels are serves all day and the flavor mixes are awesome. Pro tip: they wrap the bagels in foil, so if your sandwich comes with lettuce and you aren't eating it immediately, ask for the lettuce on the side or learn to enjoy wilted greens.”

“I'm from the South and never thought I could find comparable BBQ up here.......I was totally blown away by their pulled pork and brisket. The banana pudding is its own food group and we always leave stuffed and satisfied. The atmosphere is nice and it's always clean and inviting. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Their sweet tea is actually sweet! If you're in Granville (or nearby) do yourself a favor and stop in. They are reasonably priced and the food is fantastic.”

“Everything as expected with this small town, no frills, pizza parlor. The pizza was delicious--cheesy, greasy, and with a crispy and flaky thin crust. Served with paper plates and paper napkins. Pictures of 1960s Chevy cars, parade floats, and Coca-Cola advertising decorate the wall. As well as family pictures and Bible and faith related verses. I would recommend.”

“Impromptu stop by not knowing what to expect and so very glad we did! This place is a hidden gem with so many positives. The atmosphere was cool, sat at the bar because the place was packed but it was well worth it. Our bartender was an absolute doll, very attentive and seem to really enjoy her job and taking care of customers. The food was beyond excellent with variety galore. Definitely will be back!”
