    A proper English café. Not some ridiculous attempt to appropriate a fictional England. Great staff, great food at a sensible price.

    Mike and Rosie are amazing. Their scones are wonderful. I love the lemon scones. If you have never had high tea at Central Perc, you are missing out. Great for a ladies day out. Perfect outing for the women of all ages in your life.

    What a wonderful little gem of a place in Oakwood! Casual British. Very relaxed, charming and yummy! It's a very small place and can get very busy during lunch hour. You may have a short wait. Good selection of soup, salads, sandwiches and desserts at reasonable prices. And of course tea and coffee. Had a Razzmatazz Latte that was to die for! (Raspberry) get a double!! I want to come back and try the afternoon tea between 2-4. That looks fantastic!

    The food is fresh and delish! The service is outstanding. Busy place. The afternoon tea is a real English treat...wonderful. Scones to die for ❤️ For this I give it 5 stars. The shop is a little tired and needs a little sprucing up. To much stuff as you enter the back way. With the food they serve and some sprucing up I’d give it 10 stars. Cash only. And great owners! I visit often.

    Love this place.Mike makes the best cappuccinos around.Good soups,sandwiches and salads. Rosie makes all the desserts and scones which are excellent .It's a small cozy cafe that is very friendly and accommodating to your needs.Rosie and Mike make this shop a must. Once you've been here you'll want to keep coming back!
