Great customer service and YES!!! the donuts are delicious and just as pictured. They really take their time into these donuts. Forget about donut palace. This place right here is a winner.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Enjoyed watching my donuts being artistically created and heated to perfection. Great tasting !
A little pricy. .but for custom donuts that's expected going in :)

This morning I had one of the best things I've ever eaten. A maple-glazed bacon covered salted caramel drizzled piece of heaven. Manna. I have seen this donut on many cooking show but have never tasted it. I mean it looks really good in the picture and on television but it's outside beauty does not begin to encompass the flavors inside. Benjamin Franklin once said beer is proof that God loves us I have to agree with that but also say this donut is even more proof.

Today was my first time there. The 2 gentlemen working were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. I've only tried one of the 6 donuts I got, so far, but the maple bacon was amazing. These donuts aren't heavy and it wasn't too sweet. It was perfect! Just not sure which I'm going to eat next :)

I’ve been wanting to try Duck Donuts since it opened and finally got around to it today. I was so excited to go in and honestly the guy working the counter killed my vibe. He wasn’t rude but definitely wasn’t pleasant. Donut sandwich was pretty good and iced coffee was okay. Overall I’ll probably go back. But considering he knew we were new customers I feel like he should’ve tried harder to keep us as customers.
