(June 14, 2019, 3:36 am)Jay's has been around a long time and each visit does not disappoint. It is still a hot spot for those that have tried it before and provide excellent food and service. The drinks are great and staff is very friendly. A steak or Crab leg are well worth the price. A must try in the Dayton Area on a Friday or Saturday night. Wonderful atmosphere!! Old historic building which is beautiful!! Food is excellent!! A must place to eat in Dayton!!

(May 11, 2019, 12:54 pm)Had a great experience at Jay's for my daughters graduation dinner. Food was delicious and in large portions. The building was a throw back in history and the service good.

(March 5, 2019, 9:52 pm)Loved the Fisherman dinner! (I think that's what it's called) Baked cod/fried shrimp/sauteed scallops, horseradish mashed potatoes and salad. All good. Our waitress recommended the lemon vinaigrette w/ blue cheese crumbles. Great idea! And I had a yummy chocolate peanut butter something for dessert!
