“No complaints from me, though it was an interesting experience. I ordered two pizzas over the phone on about the fourth day they were open. Online ordering wasn't yet available for this new location. The kid on the phone sounded completely high and was a bit slow on the questions, but hey he's brand new. In the end, he got the order correct and he was friendly, which is all that matters. Went in to pick it up. The woman running the register earns an A+ from me. She was fast, thorough and efficient. The pizza was average. It's a touch more expensive than Little Caesar's and a touch tastier. It's not out of this world amazing, but it was also only $7. They have a done of options and variations, so we'll def be back. It's not Marco's and it's a shame Marco's left Alliance, but it's nice to have something new.”

“When I first came for brunch I had a bad experience the waitresses were very nice but the food was terrible but I thought the dinner might be different and when you walk into don pancho’s the atmosphere makes you feel like there’s a party happening, and there is. Almost completely packed with costumers the business was doing good. The salsa was perfect I have never had better salsa in my life. As I look around I noticed all the waitresses remembered to keep their smile even completely packed having a rough day. my waitress Ronda was extremely nice and comforting wonderful lady. my dinner wasn’t the best food I ever had but I didn’t expect it. But I was very surprised with how Good it was, especially after The breakfast I had earlier in the week. The owner would walk around see if Everything was okay he cleaned tables very involved in his established witch is rare quality. your dinner was very good for the price. will definitely be back for dinner. “First off, the food was fantastic!! Hubby ordered the Mushroom Ravioli which was so creamy and delicious! I had the lasagna...VERY generous portion and with extra sauce (I asked for it)....was fantastic! We ordered the garlic bread with marinara for appetizer and the marinara is spot on! Same sauce for the lasagna and really is some of the best (if not THE best) marinara sauce. FOOD is five star and the pricing was good. I took off a star because of the odd seating. We were seated in an odd "walk-thru" hallway-feeling area. Only enough room for 2 rows of seating....booths on one wall and tables at the other...we got a table. The music was so low that you couldn't make out what was playing so it was very quiet and combine that with the close quarters and tables.... it felt like I was in a fishbowl. The chairs were NOT comfortable....why not take the tables out and add more booths??? If the "hallway" was at the end of the restaurant...with louder music....it would have a much better feel but it's the first room and next to the kitchen so there's always customers and staff walking through. I did notice that there were two other seating rooms and wished that I could've been seated in one of the other rooms...I will go back for the food....and ask to be seated somewhere else but I worry that the atmosphere...from that first room... is going to keep others from going back. I would love to see a great Italian restaurant stick around in that area!!!!”

“They actually forgot part of our order so an hour later I had to call. The manager remembered exactly what it was she was very apologetic. And was more than glad to replace it fresh. We were not compensated for the gas. Or the time but I feel that the friendliness has a lot to do with the whole deal. And the manager was absolutely one of the most friendly people that we had dealt with that day. And I was absolutely exhausted and very thankful for the friendly atmosphere of the entire restaurant. “I love the pizza at Napoli's! It tastes like the original hand-tossed, Italian pizza I had growing up in South Jersey with it's thinner, crispy crust and perfect amount of cheese. If you're not a fan of bready pizza, you should try Napoli Pizza. I like their fries and wings too. And you can't beat the pepperoni rolls, 2/$1, for a nice snack. From my own personal experience, the staff has always been fast and friendly.”

Both our entrees were dry, as was the rice, and this 4 cheese Mac and cheese is the biggest sham of soggy noodles and cheese sauce I've ever seen. Good 'loaded' mashed potatoes. Amazing ranch though!”
