“One of my favorite taco Bell locations. Pleasant service, very respectful. I saw Jeremy, the cashier, count out a homeless mans change for him. Then gave him the extra back in bills. Treated him with the utmost respect, it was honestly heartwarming. He deserves a raise and a thank you for going above and beyond. Food is usually fresh and fast, I've never encountered a problem here. And it's one of the oldest locations in Akron.”

“Rice and veggies are very good. Yum yum sauce is delicious. Tried steak and chicken and the combo of the two, and meat is always under-seasoned, steak overcooked and/or chicken tough. The one time I went and there was a younger guy on the grill, the chicken was just like a sit-down Hibachi restaurant. YUM Unfortunately, that was only the one time. The girls at register are always polite and helpful. As a local business, I hope they read some of these reviews to make some changes as I love to support small businesses. :)”

“When traveling, we always try to find the unique places that locals consider to be a part of their identity, and review is a big help for these efforts. However, one needs to expect that often these places will only serve ‘comfort foods’. Such is the case with Swenson’s, which specializes in small, inexpensive hamburgers with a two sauces. They were nothing special. It really only deserves three stars, but I give extra credit for history. Also, the sprinting servers were an entertaining touch!”

“I love taco bell. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because they wouldn't accept my debit card. When they tried to run it they said the machine said it was not programmed. All the girl tried to do was swipe it because it is a non-chip card. The thing is I have used the card at the same taco bell before and had no issues. It was like the girl working the drive thru had no idea what to do simply because my debit card does not have a chip. I asked her to try and run it manually by entering the card number. She did not even try. When I asked her to she just said "Well it says it is not programmed." Yet she did not exhaust all the options to run my card. All she tried to do was swipe it once or twice. I feel like the only way the girl new how to run a card was by using the machine. It was like she was never trained to run a card manually.”

“Well my experience with the order was very mixed. First the pizza was very good and pleasantly hot when delivered. No complaints pizza was a 4.5. Now the salad ordered was another story. The side salad was delivered in a small foam box with dressing and croutons on the side. When opened the salad consisted of cut lettuce....and nothing else. No tomato, carrots, cucumber, onion. So technically not a salad. The lack of any components to make a salad was the least of the issues. The lettuce on top of the “salad” had pieces that were spoiled (brown and slimy). Pretty disgusting. Took back to shop and requested a refund. Hence the 3.0.”
