“Yesterday mid-afternoon (4/15) , the drive thru employee must’ve been having a bad day because she was extremely rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. Also just so happened to be out of MULTIPLE items we wanted. We were one of two cars in line. Her attitude made us leave and go to the Willoughby location. Only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because our last experience prior to this poor encounter was fantastic. There was a young gentleman working the window who was extremely personable and the interaction made our day. Really wish there were consistent experiences here. One more bad attitude in the drive thru and we won’t be back.”

“An unexpectedly phenomenal breakfast. We checked out "the Cracked Pot Coffee and Crepes" looking for a chill breakfast out of the house and boy did they deliver a perfect morning. The crepes were perfectly cooked and HUGE. Bring an appetite or a friend to share. We got the chicken club and a blueberry crepes. The restaurant is small but not cramped and the seating is sturdy and substantial for people who care about comfy seating. The music was good classic rock (Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, etc.) The staff were all so nice and attentive and really helped cheer up an otherwise bleary morning. Decor was festive and cozy. The savory crepes do all include meat but I imagine can be adapted to be vegetarian and you can substitute an omelette in place of the crepe for low carb/gluten free options. Don't sleep on the Cracked Pot Coffee and Crepes!”

“I came here specifically to find G-Fuel cans since Walmart, Kroger and other gas stations didn't have it. I was lucky enough to find more than 6 flavors of g-fuel and some of them were sheetz edition. Other than that, the food prices are okay, easy self-check out, staff members are nice and helpful, the food that you order on the screen is so good and it is prepared really quickly. I will recommend to sign up for the rewards program because most of the times they have pretty good deals.”

“The staff was very warm and welcoming. Such a beautiful location and more importantly, Clean!!!! The restroom was spotless, I don’t know about you but that means the world to us! “I was cautiously optimistic about getting breakfast here, and while my family didn't like it, I was not on the same line as them. This place is refreshingly basic. There isn't a whole lot going on, taste wise, just the simplistic flavors expected with the items served with them. Now this isn't to say their food is bland, I would say, back to basics. Instead of using sugar with their oats, it was maple syrup and on the side were nuts, fruits and not a pinch of salt that I could taste. This is just a taste of what you can expect. Don't expect to have a whirlwind of flavors, I think they did it right, leaving it simple. The 3 stars is for the outrageous cost and markup on these basic dishes. I don't think I will return, when these are so basic a dish that a child could make them. Still, was refreshing. I'm at a toss up. I give them a 3.5.”

“Small family owned bakery with amazing sweets and the owners are so friendly!! We got a cinnamon roll and a lemon/blueberry cheesecake cookie and both were to die for. They both were very large. “Girl, I need this coffee shop to be in Pittsburgh, because I'd be there all the time. We stopped here while visiting family in Columbus, and it was straight fire. The coffee was SO fresh and good, and they had homemade pastries from a local bakery. We got scratch-made blueberry poptarts, and I swear it was the best pastry I've ever had. My husband brews beer and they had growlers for sale, so we bought one and got it filled with cold brew! I only drink black hot coffee, but I gave the cold brew a try and was surprised at how much I liked it. Absolutely phenomenal place; 10/10.”
