“Would've been 4 stars.. still could be! I know what it's like to work fast food, so I understand feeling overwhelmed. With most of night crew being high school kids, I am usually more patient. What I don't have patience for is when Managers and other crew members do not acknowledge customers in line to order from the food section. Even worse when they make eye contact with all of the customers and walk away... This needs massive improvement. Better communication and more awareness of your working environment. “Hands down the best breakfast spot in Elgin! There were five of us, and we all scarfed down our food. We had two orders of fried cheddar and potato bites which are the cheesiest, softest and crunchiest tater tots I’ve ever tasted. Then I ordered over medium eggs with chicken fried steak and grits... I was in heaven I’ve never tasted anything like this it had so much texture. I can’t believe I almost forgot about their homemade mixed berry jam!! I wanted to take an extra order of everything just for the ride home. Needless to say, we’ll be back next week!”

“I stopped here on a road trip, I eat subways all around the country. But this is one of the best I’ve had. Bread was very fresh, sandwich was excellent. The staff friendly, the restaurant was very clean and tidy, so was the bathrooms. I’ll stop again next time I’m through here.”
