The BIG drawback is the staff; after 3 visits I have yet to get a smile from anyone working there (despite being friendly and smiling at each of them)...during my first order there, I asked a question about a sandwich and the snooty girl working the register waved her hand toward the menu, and looking away from me, mumbled "menu." Apparently I was supposed to find the answer to my question on the menu that I had already found didn't have the answer...? Not only has the girl in question not made eye contact with me once during several visits, her professionalism factor is so low as to not even meet minimum standards of polite interaction. Yet being a bagel sandwich lover, I return, hoping for better service. I'm giving this lunch spot one more shot, but if they don't figure out how to offer decent customer service, it will definitely be my last attempt to give them my business.”

“I just have to give a super huge shout out to Maddie at the Dunkin Donuts on Broadway in Edmond. I stopped in at about 6pm a few days ago for a pick me up because I was exhausted. I've been working like crazy lately and was yet again up all night the night before. To say I was dragging is a major understatement ????. Maddie was so sweet, like really, just a kind lady that made my day a lot better. So thanks Maddie, you rock!”

“So the first time I went to try and get donuts they were closed and looked like they were shutting down. But they weren't. They were bringing in new equipment or getting remodeled or something. “Nice Dunkin. Service is good and friendly...at times My drink orders are incorrect 10% of the time. So that's not too bad. Flavor is good but is seems like there's not enough of some reason so I get extra shots at times. Simple mistakes that's are no biggie. Donuts are always fresh. Never have I ever gotten a dry donut. “Food was great, atmosphere is really nice. Service was strange. When it was slow they were dismissive, and when it got momentarily busy there was fair to poor multitasking and one of the other employees doing drinks was just standing there and not helping when she had nothing to do. Also it looked family friendly with toys and kid books, but not changing table? I had to change my infant and then my toddlers diapers in the car in the heat. Not a bad place. All this stuff could be easily fixed. Pricing was reasonable for that type of bakery. I'd like to return but come with my kiddos”

“Schlotzsky's is pretty reliably good, and this is a pretty good Schlotzsky's. Self-serve soft drink dispenser is hit or miss, as far as quality of the mix. They'll gladly customize your sandwich. Don't forget the pickle spear, or ask for another, if you're splitting a sandwich. They have a number of good dessert options now, including pretty good cookies.”
