“This review is a long time coming. My wife grew up in Shawnee and one of her favorite meals is the fried chicken salad with Billy Boy’s house made ranch. We have since moved from OK. We have moved around a lot over the past few years, being a military family and I wanted to surprise my wife with something special. Billy Boy house made ranch. So I spoke with the owner and he said that he would see what he could do. After a few weeks I received a call for the owner saying that they had created a dry recipe that they would ship to me and they did. I can’t recommend Billy Boy strongly enough. The owner of Billy Boy BBQ is epitome of what it means to be a patriotic American. They went above and beyond what I was expecting. It is not often that you a establishment so dedicated to American Soldiers. Thank you guys. You’re amazing. Very military friendly. Great service, fantastic food.”

“For the 2 "Bland" reviews, please seek help for your sodium addiction. I am a big fan of salty food, yet the food at Paul's Place seemed spot-on (perfect) to me. And for the "Rude" review, more than "One" word would lend credibility to your opinion. We found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating! The food is top quality. The atmosphere is cozy & relaxing - not cramped or loud (very refreshing). We will DEFINITELY visit again. Highly recommended!”

“Needs better night crew. My family love this budget friendly pizza spot. Is not an eat in restaurant but is a great low cost take out. Feeds a family of four for $20 or less. (two kids one 3 and one 5.) the night crew seemed clearly under some influence or something and could not even process my order(one pepperoni hot and ready.) and tried to sell me two pizzas one was a cheese and the other was my order which they did not have ready.”

“Well, we waited for over an hour for half of our parties food. Then the waitress when questioned talked to the manager and she either didn't turn in that half of the order or the kitchen lost the order. Then, you'd think that the waitress would have talked to a manager about our situation and what could be done, but we had to get the manager and then they only took $20 off of a near $100 order. There was no above and beyond or real sincere apology from anyone. The only saving grace was when we did get our food it was good, hot and fresh. Now, the manager did say the waitress was new, she did apologize, but it didn't seem sincere or special. I would have thought $30-40 off would've been better, maybe the $20 off and a free dessert for everyone, maybe even the $20 off and a gift card of $10-20 would've been better. It would have been more understandable if they were medium to super busy, but it was slow and there were 4-5 waitresses standing around the register talking. So, if you're not in a hurry, it may be the place for you, but if you're in a hurry or traveling through Shawnee on your way through OKC, Midwest City or Del City, I'd wait and stop at one of those Buffalo Wild Wings.”

“I went to this IHOP around 11:30pm on 3/2/2019 and had the best experience there by far. I’ve been to this IHOP on different occasions and it’s been good food, good waiters, good atmosphere but last night they went above and beyond. When we arrived the waiting area was completely packed. There were several large groups wanting to be seated and you could see from the windows there were already several large groups inside. When we entered we were greeted by the very busy host. This young man got everyone seated in a matter of minutes, he was friendly, and apologetic for the wait. Once seated my husband, my two daughters, and I were then greeted by our waiter, Cris. This gentleman was one of the best servers I’ve had. He was attentive, accommodating, friendly, and he had a great attitude. He made us feel like we were a priority and not just another customer. The food arrived fast, everything was exactly how we had ordered, and it was truly good food. The manager on shift stopped to make sure everything was great. I do recommend this IHOP and I will be returning.”

“Love Red Lobster. Shawnee is pretty good. They have remodeled somewhat . It looks nice inside. Good Servers. Never had a problem with them. Food is good as always. Prices went up about $2 a dinner. Expect to pay about $20 for most meals. If you get Lobster meals expect to pay $5 to 10 more. I think drinks are around $3 each. I say every Time that I'm getting water next time and forget and always get a coke. Overall it's Good to Go. A good deal at Sh.R.Lobster is to go on a certain weekday. $5 off most plates. All you can eat Shrimpfest on Monday's. Drink water and there you go $15. Meal at Red Lobster. Have a good time. Eat your cheese biscuits or take them home.”

“I've been at the Shawnee Mall 2 days in a row & had the pleasure of trying the pizza on the 1st day, which was Amazingly good!! So since I was still shopping on day 2, I had to try the subs ☺... it turns out that they make their own ranch dressing for the Chicken Bacon Ranch & the sourdough bread is Awesome!!! Before leaving I took home a Ham&Cheese with their balsamic vinaigrette dressing, fresh veggies and YUM! Definitely worth trying if you are in the area!!!!”
