“Customer service here has been okay, but they could work on their coffee flavor consistency from one shift to another. Dunkin's coffee has a signature flavor I love.. At the consistency I have gotten it from this store and other stores around the country, I am ready to save my buck and just make it at home.. “Renovated interior, awesome gaming area, and decent pizza. The gaming area in the back is the best one I've seen- think mini Chuck E. Cheese. While we were there, there weren't a lot of pizzas available due to the limited space, but they were all fresh, plus you can request then to make a pizza if you don't see it out.”

“The food was delicious ????. Our waitress was awesome. The place was dead though, which could be both a plus and a minus. What soured our experience was a waitress clearing a different table near us, saw one of our table members look her way and aggressively came to ask if we needed something. I thought she was going to ask him to square up. It was a very weird experience. Couldn’t wait to leave after that.”

“We Grubhubed our order of two burgers & fries. My husband got the Royal Red Robin and his egg was perfect on top! Both burgers were put together and wrapped with care. It seemed whom ever made them actually cared not only how they tasted (which was yummy) but also how they looked. I had to call to let the manager know. To often we are quick to talk bad and complain to/on businesses when they need to hear the good stuff too!”

“I think we came at a bad time, so our experience may be tainted. We ordered and felt very awkward about it. The woman taking our order never gave any real indication we should order (like, “when your ready I’ll take your order” or anything). She kept scanning the room and looking around. Eventually we gave her our order. We went to sit down and very few tables were available. Many had plates left on them. One had a huge spill. There was a large party that had been in, so it was understandable. When getting drinks, several drink selections were out and there were no lids. We received our food in a timely manner and it was ok. The whole experience felt off. Next time we will try another location.”

“The staff here are WONDERFUL. They greeted my boyfriend and I and gave us a wonderful meal and even gave us a little discount off the check since we come so often. Place is pretty clean for how busy it always is. Only negative things I've found was an a/c vent was dripping condensation from the ceiling and I had some eggshell in my eggs. ????♀️ otherwise it's a wonderful place. Would recommend this one over any of them.”

“Shiloh's of Cleveland, OK was GREAT! It is as good as Cracker Barrel without the commercialized sentimentality. What I mean is: if you like the food at C.B., you will absolutely love Shiloh's family cooking. They bring unlimited homestyle rolls with butter and strawberry-rhubarb jam (100 year old family recipe!). And when the main meal came, my family had a hamburger with a homemade bun, chicken tenders, crispy fries, chicken-fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, chicken and dumplings, and fried cabbage. It was wonderful! Apparently five generations have really refined the recipes at Shiloh's, because it tastes great. I choose it over Cracker Barrel any day. Go to Cleveland, OK, go to Shiloh's!”

“They were out of the Pecan Chicken Salad and I was told they were "totally out for the rest of the season". However, the employees were told by corporate to go ahead and advertise for it. Really? Very disappointing that a major fast food chain is out of the ingredients to make pecan chicken salad! Go to Wal-Mart and get the ingredients! Whoever places orders for this location should be fired. By the way... I was told other Arby's locations "around town" MAY still have the pecan chicken salad.”
