Great brats here. Can't go wrong with a regular brat or cheddar brat. Each one has it's own unique flavor. The buns they're served on are what completes it though. Huge beer selection if that's your thing.
Good food...excellent beer/alcohol in general. They are not very German though...not sure why they claim that. But their sausage tastes German enough so I keep coming back! German varieties of beer is in short supply.
When I came in with some friends we were a little tipsy and they were slow. I could tell the bartenders were ready to go and it was close to closing time but my friend was having a rough time. They took the time to still stay until the actual closing time to serve us. They really were absolutely fantastic and I am so happy they were. I will continue to go back to Fassler! I really hope everyone who reads this takes the time to go in.
Sausages made in house are a plus. I recommend the sampler so you can try more than one at a reasonable price. The chicken schnitzel is amazing and the duck fat fries.... well hell... when have you ever had fat that wasn't amazing!
This place was recommended to me by a co worker. It did not disappoint. The food was amazing. The drinks were extremely good and the staff was very knowledgeable. They made excellent recommendations. You definitely need to try the duck fat fries with gouda. It was worth the drive.
