“We came here for breakfast this past weekend. I ordered a gluten free bagel (yes they have those) and it was delicious. I have a gluten allergy and I was so excited to have bread! “Went here for breakfast pickup. I placed my order online ahead of time. They hadn't even started my order when I arrived fifteen minutes later, which was a little frustrating. There were three employees working, and they all honestly seemed very miserable. Not a single one of them smiled the whole time we were there, and it made the atmosphere terrible. There were about five or six cars deep in the drive through and none of the employees seemed to care how busy they were. They were just slow and moody. This was not an exciting, bustling, bagel shop with good vibes... Quite the opposite. We finally got our order, and it was wrong. We had two lox bagels and one was on the wrong type of bagel. I double checked the receipt and it was definitely ordered correctly. I was annoyed, but also didn't want to wait twenty more minutes. The only reason for three stars is that the bagels were really good. If I could break up my review, bagels would be five star, service and atmosphere would be zero.”

“This bagel cafe.......I'm from New York, and all I can say is, it tastes like home again. One of the only things I miss about ny is the food. And now I don't have to miss some of that so much.The manager is so nice along with all of his employees. The decoration is relaxing and modern. They show all the bagels available and I love their menu sign. Most of the drinks are self serve. Their coffee was amazing and they even had chocolate milk for my son. The menu options go on and on. So many different combinations between the toppings, schemers, and bagels. The only hard part is what to decide. I was surprised to find they even had a menu option for my picky eater. He loved the pizza bagels. My fiance got the French toast bagel with hazelnut spread and it was just gooey with filling and every bite was lovely. I got an everything bagel with egg and cheese on it and everything was cooked to perfection. This is now one of my favorite breakfast location. Thank you to the whole team for the fast service and the lovely atmosphere.”

“I've always had good bagels from all locations. It's got a really good chewy outside with a great soft texture on the inside. It's so far the closest place to new york style bagels that I have found. I always get a lox sandwich. When they put on the cream cheese, they tend to be heavier than other places which is how I like it. I also sometimes get a box of bagels and I like how rhey wrap up any bagels that can mess with the other flavors of the other bagels like an onion or everything bagel. The coffee and lattes are alright but it's a bagel shop, not a coffee shop so the coffee isn't the focus. Their lattes are on the sweeter side which I like but something to keep in mind. Over all great service and great bagels.”
