“Starbucks coffee is nasty. It’s not good. If you’re coming to starbucks, it’s out of desperation for caffeine to avoid withdrawals. That is what brought us in today. We know the quality of the coffee is not going to be amazing, but that’s because Starbucks itself is not craft coffee. However - I am leaving a 5 star review. We walked in the door to a PACKED out waiting line. The staff was MOVING and getting out coffee orders brilliantly fast. They were kind, helpful, attentive, and had the best attitudes. On top of having a drive through line wrapping around the whole building, they were getting mobile app orders from people who were on their way to get their coffee, and they had a long line of inside customers. We waited for 10 minutes and they cleared the line inside, were able to service the drive through quickly, AND fulfill a number of mobile orders. The entire time we were there, Curtis was talking to us, and working quickly and efficiently. One impatient customer complained of having to wait for her order for more than a few minutes (obviously not acknowledging the 50+ orders that the staff knocked out before hers in a VERY short amount of time), and the staff was quick to apologize and help her get everything she needed. So kind. Such incredible service. 5 stars to the Shawnee Starbucks crew. Keep working hard, we see your dedication to your craft!”

“Such a convenient location! I frequent this starbucks because of how close it is to my house. I am a student so I run on coffee. I usually study here with my girlfriend and we both seem to enjoy it. The staff is nice and and they have awesome taste in music. I always find myself using shazam in there. Sometimes the bathrooms can be a little messy, but nothing close to disturbing. Great place to hang out or study!”

“I really, really wanted to love this place because the food is so good and the drinks are delicious. Plus, it’s a women-owned business! But the customer service was lacking. I went in for the first time and I was super excited to try their desserts! However, the cashier was extremely unenthusiastic, and seemed annoyed that I was there. I assumed she was having a bad day, so I gave them another try a few weeks later. This time, there was a different cashier, but she had the exact same attitude. Both times the desserts were so yummy! But the cashiers made me feel so unwelcome. Give this place a try if you like good food and drinks, but don’t expect much in terms of hospitality.”

We had fried catfish, mashed potatoes with white and brown gravy, chicken fried steak, grilled green beans, waffle fries, cole slaw, and brownie/cookie desserts. Although we preferred the white gravy over the brown, it was all very good, especially the catfish and chicken fried steak. Can't wait to try their burgers, as we saw one come out for another table and it looked amazing! We'll definitely be eating here again and hopefully soon!”

I come to this location at least once a week or so, to order a caramel ribbon crunch frappe, and the last time we were here which was about a week ago, we were kindly greeted by Allison. At the window, she seemed to have remembered me and I couldn't forget her. But the main thing that stood out about this particular visit, is she made sure to engage in conversation with us UNTIL my drink was ready instead of just taking my payment and shutting the door. She was so bubbly and friendly. I always appreciate over the top customer service because I cannot say that I've had anything of the sort from any other location. After I asked her for her name, I personally told her that I would give her a good review for giving us that wonderful, exceptional customer service. I got carried away with the days ahead but my daughter ( 8) made sure to remind me of that review, so here it is! Well deserved ?. Even my 8 year old daughter noticed!
