“Excellent Filipino fast food and owners are really nice and very friendly. Always put an extra detail and quantity as well as quality. Very Humble owners. They make accommodations to pretty much anyone in how they want their food done, regardless on what it says on the menu. Ohhh and their Turon with Vanilla ice cream, top it off with Caramel is super delicious. It's a must have. Cannot get enough of it. On top of that, coworkers got addicted to it. “Hubs & I happened to be in the area. Guy at Screen Fix recommended. Hubs got baby back ribs, I got pulled pork. Was superb! Nice char on ribs, moist & tender. Pulled pork not mushy & excellent quality & flavor. We did “spicy” sauce, found it to be slightly spicy & perfect little sweet.”

“Not a bad shop, they do have lots to look at and buy. Typical Portland prices and lots of stuff is in cases so you do have to find the person who is working to get the key to the case to look at and to buy but they do have a soda fountain for ice cream shakes and cones so that's pretty cool.”

“I started with their Canby Asparagus Farm food cart at the Saturday Mark in Eugene, really just getting fresh chips and salsa and the occasional tamale. When I moved to Portland, I was excited to discover they had a full restaurant. The food is fantastic, especially if you love tamales. They have the Mexican basics, but an amazing array of tamale choices. They're all good. I'm assuming they also still do orders for Christmas with a selection of tamale flavors that will blow your mind.”

“Chan’s is a great place for large groups! We took my dad here for his 65th birthday with about 10 people around 8pm, Lynn was our server and made this place deserve 5 stars! Not only was she extremely polite but she made our evening go from a normal dinner out to something that felt more like a at-home family extravaganza. Rob was so attentive and made sure we were taken care of. “I will give this a 3 star review simply because my meal (the chopped steak) was really good! The broccoli was cooked perfectly; just enough crunch. Now, what my wife and I observed is a different story. Servers wiping their nose with the back of their hands while making shakes, and children running around behind the counter. Very unprofessional! My wife and I were excited thinking that quality had improved at this store, but maybe not. I would like to recommend that management retrain all staff in hygiene and keeping the store orderly and clean.”
