“I ordered chicken fried steak eggs over medium hash browns and pancakes.the chicken fried steak and gravy itself was really good and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I ordered the hash browns crispy and they came as I expected and tasted great. In my opinion the pancakes are average. I don't know what syrup they used but it sure tasted funny. It was almost like a burnt marshmallow flavor. Might be because I'm used to real maple syrup. The food arrived at my table very fast. After that I didn't see the waitress until she brought the check. It wasn't even very busy but I had to wait in order to get a little more syrup for the pancakes. They have a rewards program here that I thought I was going to get to sign up for. It didn't happen. Bottom line, food is pretty good but the service could use a little help.”

“The brunch here is great. It's in a retirement community so the amount of traffic is low meaning you can usually get in. The staff is patient and kind with the food being phenomenal and at a great price. Highly recommend the Belgian Waffle with Fried Chicken added on top. The waffle comes with freshly made jam, whip cream, and a heaping amount of syrup. Next time I'm going to try the ceasar salad with salmon on top. If you're in the Milwaukie area it's certainly worth checking out for yourself.”
