Merry Time Bar and Grill

Good service. Good menu. Great place to play few game or gamble pool tabled. Aleays have an event going on almost every month.

Been here twice now. Food is okay to good. Nothing that I really loved. Beer prices are good and a good selection on tap. Service was pretty lackluster the second time. Last call was 40 minutes before closing. Noticed the pool table was missing a ball and when we tried to ask a bartender/waitress, we were ignored. Then that same waitress yelled at us for taking a different table’s ball so we could play. Heard the wait stuff talking trash about us because we asked why last call was 40 minutes before closing. Wait staff the first time was great. And they have good condition pool tables and various pinball machines. I’d say it’s an okay bar. Depends on the bartender. Food is average bar food. Definitely not good compared to other restaurants in town, but serviceable after a few drinks.

Very big bar however, not the friendliest bar staff. IDs of my group were checked by bartender. The other 2 got seats while I got drinks at bar. I ordered 3 drinks from same bartender who literally just checked my group at door. She asked who my drinks for. After I told her they were for my group she was very condescending and told me that people come in to purchase drinks for overly intoxicated people. Intriguing and I don't care. Had 3 security people outside. Have them walk the 20 patron bar and send those people home. Needless to say, we were one and done here. I would give it another try during one of my summer visits in hopes that it was packed.

It was great, I had the fish and French fries. I have only one problem, the breading on the fish and the seasoning on the fries were a bit spicey. My belly can't handle that so I had to pick the breading off of the fish to eat it. I was only able to eat a few of the fries.
The fish had great flavor and was moist. Even after these issues I want to say I would definitely recommend this bar.
