“We ate here 2 times while visiting sisters. The first night for dine in the service was wonderful. Our waitress was hustling and doing a great job. The veggie burger was a veggie burger but the proportions of everything on it were spot on. My husband really enjoyed the tri tip special. Then we ordered out a veggie pizza and it was bland and slightly under cooked. We got the big pretzel and that was great. Id say better for dine in.”

“I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to leave this review. I dream of their damn pickle slaw quite often, it’s that good. We also tried their loaded Mac n cheese which was obviously awesome. We chatted with them for a bit and they sent us home with their hot sauce (that I made stretch for so many weeks, so good) and some stickers to add to my collection! The little things like that will make sure they’re our #1 stop when we’re passing through Sisters. Do yourself a favor and visit these great people, you won’t regret it!”

“We popped in to enjoy the food cart garden (love that name btw) and the Wonderland Chicken folks let us know that inside Eurosports were beverages and someone would provide cushions and light the fire tables upon request. There was a delightful selection of local beers inside, including gluten free options and non-alcoholic. It appeared they rented Specialized bikes. Which are very nice bicycles, and the store had some biking gear inside also. There was a winter-sports building as well but we did not go to that one this visit. The service was friendly and we will return.”

“This place is struggling like many others with consistent good employees. I feel like my pizza is either always late or comes out way earlier and it's cold when I get there. The pizzas are often made pretty quick and sloppy. My daughters gluten free pizza only had 6 peperoni on the whole thing and it was cut so crooked one of the pieces was only 2 inches long... I really only go there anymore when I have a coupon but also in hours someone new is working and does a better job. The last 2 times the staff have been really polite and professional but that's not always the case. I think maybe I need to ask them to bake the pizza a little longer so it's not totally soft crust but I know that style is usually a little softer...”

“I'm constantly having my mind blown by their always prefect foam no matter who is working. When I am there I'm often doing my little humming happy dance thing I do when something is wonderfully delicious. Their drink specials are ALWAYS wonderful. Right now the turmeric coffee drink they have is out of this world. Their treats are ALWAYS so prefecture flavored and baked. The staff are always wonderful. I love them all so much. They do their best to remember your name. And the building is just beautiful. This is a locals spot and a tourist attraction so it gets really busy sometimes but there's never much of a wait.”

“Easily the best roast beef sandwich I’ve ever had!! My husband also loved the tri-tip sandwich. Both come with a bag of kettle chips and a delicious cookie. The meat market & seasonings selection is extensive, it’s definitely a great spot to stop at if you love cooking as well! There’s a lot of heated outdoor seating available with a dog friendly patio. “We first discovered Pop's in December 2020 when they were still at Bunk n Brew and thought it was some of the best BBQ we'd had in Oregon. In August 2021- While preparing to order wedding catering, my fiance and I ordered pork, brisket, and side dishes from Pop's, Baldy's, and Bigfoot to do a side-by-side Bend BBQ tasting. Pop's pulled pork, brisket, and sauces won by a LANDSLIDE! We decided to book our wedding catering with them. Shannon was a good communicator throughout our booking and planning process, keeping us in the loop with updates while they moved locations twice. They were able to accommodate off-menu side dishes (and make great mac & cheese!) and the pork and brisket and beans and corn muffins traveled well the day of the wedding. The food was great- even my BBQ-picky Southern family was impressed. Their catering prices were very reasonable. We hit one snag on the day of, the delivery truck got a flat tire on the way to our venue and the buffet started half an hour late. We made it work as relatively laid-back couple (we just served dessert first) but that may have upset a more sensitive/stressed-out wedding party. The employees they sent communicated the issue well and we were able to work around it. Things happen! We look forward to seeing them again the next time we're up in Sisters!”
