“Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks are well poured and reasonably priced. Food is decent bar fare that sometimes ranges into excellent (it's inconsistent, but always at least good). The environment is 75% sports bar/25% dive bar. Clientele runs a range from business people to street folk. In particular, Jakob is both the best bartender here, but is also one of the more personable folk I've met in the industry. Update: Doc's had transitioned from a sports/dive bar into a sports bar/pub. They have changed and updated the decor greatly (a vast improvement, in truth), but in honesty the clientele hasn't changed much, the only significant difference is that they pay more for their drinks now. The staff has mostly changed as well, but the current staff still maintains the quality pour and personable nature that helps to maintain a regular customer base (Lisa and Holly are both fantastic humans). The menu is more limited, but I haven't actually had a bad meal in recent months. These cooks know their business. Full disclosure, I am a daytime patron and cannot much speak to the night and weekend conditions.”

“This is an amazing community hub with an array of amazing vintage pinball machines, arcade games, events, and colorful patrons. This is my FAVORITE place to go when I’m in Eugene. If you want to fall in love with the neighborhood in NW Eugene this establishment will assist. I’ve acquired a new found appreciation for this up-and-coming neighborhood due to unbelievably cool places to hang out like Blairally! GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!!”

“Seems like an unassuming diner atmosphere when you walk in but wows you with the food. The sweet chili half chicken was great, the mashed potatoes were good, the gravy was just alright. Service was prompt and the waitress was on top of drinks before we needs more. The specialty drink menu looked great but I did not grab anything off of it this trip. The lounge in the back with couches looks like a chill place for some great conversation over drinks as well. Definitely will be back.”

“I have always loved this restaurant! The service is always fantastic, and you're never left wondering if you were forgotten. Our food was perfect; oysters on the half shell, salad, bread, two pasta dishes (mine had salmon in it, and it was very moist and flavorful). Cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. The ambiance is calm, clean and quiet in the dining cars. I have never had a disappointing experience here.”

“I'd give them 4 stars for their breakfast, but the bar scene isn't all that. The interior is poorly laid out with a wall of lottery machines separating the pool tables from the sitting area. There is a small dance floor at one end. There are 2 poorly maintained pool tables with limited space around them. This place needs a complete makeover & redesign to make it more welcoming & comfortable to patrons. The staff are nice & do a great job of serving a great selection of beer & alcohol. They serve a great tasting & reasonably priced breakfast.”
