“The Washburne was a great spot for a morning coffee and treat. They offer full plate meals (breakfast and lunch), and if the smiles on the patrons' faces were any indication, the food is tasty. My breakfast treat was tasty. There was a pleasant background taste of banana to complement the chocolate chips. It was too cookie to be a sweet bread, yet too substantial to be just a cookie. They offer table seating, bar seating, and a living room- like area. I experienced it as comfy despite the bustling energy of their mid-morning crowd. I will be back!”

“McKenzie cafe is wonderful! My aunt used to work here when I was a kid. The owner would always give me mint patties and gummy worms when I would come to have lunch with my mom and my aunt. The food has always been delicious since I was a kid! They have so many great options of comfort food I highly recommend this place😀”

“Classic American food in a quaint, down home, small town diner. When my two friends and I got there around 12:30 (Dec. 28, 2019), the place was packed. Typical burgers, shakes and fries, but definitely has that "at-home" feel of a Mom and Pop, small town America eatery. I believe the owners work there every day. Good food, very friendly staff (our server joked with us like we were old friends), and definitely worth a visit to this popular little restaurant.”

“We made a reservation for their high tea. Our only complaints are that our table wasn't ready when we arrived, and we felt the servers could have been a little bit more attentive. That being said, it was a wonderful experience. We treated a couple of friends, and we all had a great time. The food is excellent! Started with salad, then soup and quiche from the kitchen. On the table were sandwiches, chips, cookies, cake and cupcakes. There were also pieces of gingerbread cake that they warmed up and served with ice cream. We had the table for as long as we wanted it. It's a great way to celebrate an event, or to just make it an occasion for family or friends. We're definitely going to do it again.”
