“We had Philyaw's cater my Dad's Surprise 70th Birthday and it was amazing BBQ. I lived in the South and this barbecue, the brisket ,the chicken and the pork were all dynamite. “I do not understand any of the few negative reviews, it has to be that the reviewer does not know good Mexican food, or they just like to complain. Because for all the years we have gone here, never had we had one bad meal! The family that runs BA is so friendly and so very sweet and kind. Always greeted with a smile, and a sincere “how are you”. Everything is fresh and delicious Their menudo is out of this world. Their tamales, enchiladas and tacos are some of our favorites. But as I said before, we’ve never in years and years had a bad experience We love them!!!”

“I'd give them 4 stars for their breakfast, but the bar scene isn't all that. The interior is poorly laid out with a wall of lottery machines separating the pool tables from the sitting area. There is a small dance floor at one end. There are 2 poorly maintained pool tables with limited space around them. This place needs a complete makeover & redesign to make it more welcoming & comfortable to patrons. The staff are nice & do a great job of serving a great selection of beer & alcohol. They serve a great tasting & reasonably priced breakfast.”

“Everything was magnificent.! The Quiche was delicious, the stuffed potato cakes were amazing and the meatloaf special was pretty darned good. The waitress/hostess was super friendly and had a very infectious smile.! Wife and I will definitely return when and if we are in the area again. Oh, and the whole atmosphere of a remodeled church like surrounding couldn't have been cooler. They also offer fresh baked goods and desserts. I grabbed myself a loaf of cinnamon swirl bread that'll become French toast in the morning..!!”

“There have been several renovations to the building recently that give a little more modern and open feel to the facility. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The food is still top notch. I have had the burger and brew special the past two Sundays. My favorite is the Mushroom & Swiss. My entire family enjoys the variety of choices for burgers. The chicken strips are some of the best anywhere. The steak fingers are also very good.”

It seems that employees have been trained to only put Soft Serve your Cream on the top edge of their cones leaving the cones nearly completely empty. We didn't submit a claim but emailed what the problem was because we put it in the oven, then ate it. So we felt we didn't deserved another pizza. There's a lot of choices for toppings for both meat and vegetables; they also have a few choices for plant-based proteins which is nice. Crust choices range from thin, thick, deep-dish, cauliflower, cheese-stuffed. There's a good amount of indoor seating and you can choose a spot to sit while waiting for your pizza. They'll bring the pizza when it's finished directly to you. While I wouldn't say it's my favorite, I have a nice time and leave satisfied whenever we end up here.”

You will not leave hungry at all, We were there for dinner service and breakfast service and both shifts were spot on. Kitchen was on point as well. Easily one of the best bacon cheeseburgers that I have ever had. Bun was amazing. Fresh patty well seasoned. Hand cut fries are awesome. Staff are always friendly and very attentive to their tables. The desert case will put you in a sugar coma if you are not careful.”

The baby back ribs with honey molasses sauce (you can choose "regular" sauce as well) is delicious and the bread with butter is good as well. Friendly service with lots of indoor seating. The atmosphere isn't usually too loud although that can depend on just how many people are there at a given time. If you're looking for some sweet, yummy ribs I recommend this place!”

“Definitely the best theater in town. It wasn't so long ago that I would always choose to go to Regal at Valley River Center instead of here, but the remodel a few years ago have changed all of that. Every single theater seat has been replaced with recliners with automatic foot rests. Super comfortable for the duration of the movie. Seats are plenty wide and arm rests are wide as well. Also noticed the sound during 1917 was really great. Don't know if they did speaker upgrades recently or if the sound in that particular movie was just better. All that said, easily my favorite place to go for a movie.”
