“We had a nice time at the bar - it was a decent atmosphere. The food, like the pasta and boneless wings, was ok but the salad that was made for me was perfection. I hadn’t had a salad with so many good toppings on it in a very long time. In fact, I still fantasize about taking the two hour drive just for Salad and pizza. The pizza was fantastic. “This cute lil place on the corner brings some nostalgia back to the Grove. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have an amazing option for everyone. We have really liked everything we have tried so far. The Cheddar & Chive tots are a home run. The Savage tots with fun sauce are a close second. We've had hot, blended and iced drinks (lots of flavors). The Slabtown sandwich was so good I'm having a hard time trying a different one. They have a PBJ on the menu! Where else can you get that?! They just opened and the staff is new, so please be patient. If something isn't right, just let them know, they are super friendly and will make it right. I'm thrilled to have this addition to our town.”

“It was pretty good food, but expensive. For the price I paid, I could have went to one of the Mexican restaurants in town. It was pretty good though! It was very busy and took a while to make it around the drive thru, but that was to be expected with be a new restaurant in town and being the first or second day of being open; so I am not complaining. I talked to the manager and right now the hours are 8-10 Monday-sunday, but are hoping to change the hours in the next few week to 6-12 Monday-Sunday.”

“My friend and I are elderly women who love checking out new businesses in the neighborhood. the Jade Dumpling & Noodle House is located in a tiny store front that is tidy and clean. The menu offered a great choice of dim sum and entrees and you can dine in or order take out or have food delivered. Our waitress gave us time to decide and she was very kind to all the customers. Speaking of clients there was one young father with his toddler, several college age youngsters and two middle aged couples so this menu is attractive to a wide age group 👍. The food arrived hot and delicious and lots of it. The vegetarian dumplings were perfect and my friend was amazed the shitake/tofu filling was savory. I would go back for the dumplings all by their little selves. We also ordered the House Noodles with pork and the Sichwan spicy noodles. When we finished, our waitress brought us containers. No kidding, the servings were enough for two meals. I want to welcome Jade Dumplings & Noodles to the neighborhood.”

“I’ve been extremely ill for many months (I’ve lost over 80 lbs altogether) and literally these smoothies are keeping me alive. It’s the only thing that doesn’t cause tremendous pain and horrible symptoms to consume. Everyone at the store has been very kind to my family who pick them up for me. They consistently taste good despite it being the only thing I can eat which you would think I would be sick of by now. I’m very grateful to have something I can consume or I would be dead by now. I definitely wish they weren’t so expensive but they’re worth it to me. The people working at this store are truly great! Thank you!”

“Went here for lunch after many months of anticipating the new spot replacing Bruno's. Chose the salmon and asparagus farfalle in a vodka sauce, as well as whatever their house red was along with the complementary bread, and everything was fantastic. Not much of a critic so not sure what else to comment on, but definitely met expectations both on taste and portion, so left satisfied. Family that runs the place seems to have been in the area a while and were very friendly and enthusiastic about this venture so really want it to thrive. I look forward to trying the other options!”

Well, I ate my entire burrito in one sitting and fries that were shared with the family. Burrito tasted fresh and flavorful. (The last (big name) place I had a burrito from I legit told my bf that there was no flavor in it at all.) We shared a side of fries. When we've eaten out recently, my kids don't eat their fries. I order them fries and they say, they didn't say they wanted them and don't eat. Both my kids demolished the fries from here. My son said multiple times while eating today that he LOVES the fries. Can't wait to try more things off the menu next time we visit.”

“The Washburne was a great spot for a morning coffee and treat. They offer full plate meals (breakfast and lunch), and if the smiles on the patrons' faces were any indication, the food is tasty. My breakfast treat was tasty. There was a pleasant background taste of banana to complement the chocolate chips. It was too cookie to be a sweet bread, yet too substantial to be just a cookie. They offer table seating, bar seating, and a living room- like area. I experienced it as comfy despite the bustling energy of their mid-morning crowd. I will be back!”
