The real attraction is the dozen or so billiards tables, open floor plan, and friendly service that we receive each time. If you're wondering, kids are okay until 8pm so long as you order some food. I do my best to keep them down to a small roar seeing as how this place really is for the adults and I won't take for granted any place that I can enjoy a Black Opal while coaching on the finer points in life over a friendly game of pool.”

“We were disappointed in the food at this restaurant. Of the three dishes we ordered, the best was the salad made with local berries, goat cheese, and hazelnuts. We also ordered a French Dip. It came with very little roast beef. The BLAT sandwich was served with an underripe tomato, in the middle of tomato season, and barely enough avocado to notice. However, the bacon was tasty. The staff were polite and helpful but we would not return. We thought it was expensive for the quality we received.”

“We have visited the last 3 weeks at the south location on Commercial. I have sampled French crepes, blueberry waffle and last week - Swedish pancakes. The latter was a first time experience and it was terrific. Three large, thin pancakes with a lingonberry covering. It was a very special treat. The staff is very helpful and friendly and eating there is a pleasure. The setting is great with a fire in the fireplace. It does get crowded later on Sunday morning.”
