It may look like your average neighborhood pizza joint, but Dante's is anything but!
I wandered over to the take out window with two friends on a Friday night, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza.

We ordered the cheesy bread and two of their huge 20" pies to share: the Hawaiian, and the combination.

How was the pizza? It was awesome! The crust was crisp, flavorful, and chewy. The toppings worked together beautifully. The marinara was packed with flavor, and the mozarella had a great consistency and very little oil. By time we were all stuffed, we were planning our next visit.

We had enough pizza to last several meals for a few days. Excellent value! I would highly recommend this place! ????

I love both the Star Theatre and Dante’s! They get some pretty cool bands and the pizza is the perfect snack after a show and a few beers.

Amazing live Jam band karaoke Monday night. First time I've sang for an audience in a long time. Supportive atmosphere. Felt safe.

Good service, average staff except the door man and security guard were professional and friendly as well. No food available only Pizza through a window in the corner of the lounge. Great place to listen to and see live music. Located near downtown Voodoo Doughnuts in a super filthy part of Portland but anymore what part of Portland isn't?
