“The food was decent but over-seasoned. The price was fair and the service was decent. It's grimy and there's sand everywhere, but that's to be expected when they are on the beach. They aren't as friendly as some of the other restaurants in the area, but who knows, maybe we got them on a bad day. The views are stunning, as shown in my photos.”

“Food was good, overall. Chicken and macaroni salad were not too exciting, not bad, however not memorable either. However the pork and slaw were really very good. The option of spicy teriyaki was appreciated as well. Portions were large and plenty. The online ordering was easy and food was ready on time. I'd recommend using the online ordering during supper hours as the lineup/queue gets long and confusing. We're just tourists here, but explore our state quite a bit and will be back.”

“Great clam chowder, fish & chips! The clam strips are the biggest I have ever seen. A must if you like to get this elsewhere. Breading is perfect and not greasy. Fries are tasty & it come with plenty of fry sauce, tartar sauce, and refreshing coleslaw. There’s no indoor seating, so this is a fair weather eatery, but you can always grab some grub to-go. Update: the clam strips are massive & tasty.”

“Excellent dinner experience. They had the all-you-can-eat cod fish today. I also got to try some of the best clam chowder I have had. It was thick and flavorful. Having lived on the west coast most of my life, that is saying something. The fish was cooked to perfection and not swimming in grease like many similar places. The staff was fast and friendly even though it looked like they were short a waiter. The interior was clean, fresh, and not too noisy. The view of the lake and background mountains was spectacular. If only they offered breakfast all day... Give it a try! Thanks Lakeside.”
