“We decided to give this restaurant a try as we were intrigued by its audacious name every time we drove by it. Their establishment’s name suggests the food to be outstandingly good as you can tell but, even though the food was okay, it was far from being the best we have had. Portions were stingy compared to other restaurants we have been to—consequently, what you pay for is rather steep. On the other hand, service was good and courteous and the restaurant was clean as well. The name certainly attracts and it is a great marketing strategy but I believe it does a disservice to their business when customers expect the very best their own business name implies.”

The bubble tea is a bit sweet for my taste, but that's personal preference. The food is really cheap too. Couple of sandwiches run you less than $10”

“This is one of the best places to find Chinese on the West Side, hands down. It's never disappointed me nor anyone I've brought there. The House Special Chicken is one of my go to favorites, and its especially delicious bone out. Their standard Chinese fare is always super tasty, reasonably priced, and always good quality. The service is good too, attentive but not overly so, and the environment of the restaurant is nice, if a bit dated. There is also plenty of parking and is easily accessed near the MAX station at Beaverton Central. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good Chinese in the Beaverton area!”

They really nail the rice and beans which is make or break Mexican restaurants for me. I had the Chile relleno and wish i had ordered and had the capability to eat 10. Really really good. “If a menu of drinks 2 inches thick isn’t a good enough reason to visit this amazing establishment, perhaps the fact the food is impeccable will. Westgate is a perfect fusion of fine dining, bar/pub, and hangout without the pretentiousness of a high end restaurant. The menu and food are top notch and reasonably priced, the drinks are simply amazing. Kid friendly, but adult themed menu so if you are one of those easily offended you will need to read it for them. But honestly, if you are one of those easily offended the better option is to stay home and not ruin the night of the rest of us having a great time. My new go to place to chill, eat, drink and meet friends.”

“We visited on a Tuesday evening, and were seated fairly quickly. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Our cocktails were really good (Sangria & Raspberry Lemon Drop). The appetizer came fast, followed by our food. The restaurant filled up quickly, which we took to be a great sign considering the day of the week. We highly recommend!”

“Love this place! My favorite dish by far is the chicken katsu, which is crispy fried chicken served over rice with a ginger based green curry sauce. Some people might call it spicy but it doesn't even register as spicy to me. It's best eaten right after ordering, or the chicken crispiness will absorb the curry sauce and become soggy. The restaurant itself is small, there are only about 4 tables in the restaurant itself but the food makes up for it.”

“I have ordered twice and had delivered by Door Dash. First dish was great, second was pad Thai and there was very little sauce. Very little flavor. Luckily I also got salad rolls so I used that sauce to mix in a little so that the pas Thai would have some flavor. Needless to say I won’t be ordering that specific dish again. “I discovered this place about 2 years ago before they moved to their current (more convenient) location. They were already one of my favorite Middle Eastern restaurants in the area, so you can imagine my excitement when they moved down the street from my work! The service is great, the workers are very friendly. I absolutely love the food here, everything is fresh, made to order, and priced right. You can see the gyro and shawarma spits cooking and turning while you watch them prepare your food. They serve gyros on a very thin pita bread (almost like tortilla thin) which is quite good. Not sure if this style pita bread originates from a certain country or not, but I have had it at few other gyro places and it does hold together better than the "puffier" pitas. I believe you can sub the thin pita out for a "puffy" pita, don't quote me on that though. They are usually packed around lunch time so expect a bit of a wait, but once you have their food you'll understand why. One thing I would like to add is the bad reviews for this place are for the wrong business. They don't and never did serve alcohol here. As someone who reads the reviews for places I visit, it's a shame to see a rating brought down (however minor it may be) because someone didn't take the time to make sure they were reviewing the correct place. Pay attention people!”

“Our usual dine-in place was closed to we took a gamble. It looks like an unassuming little strip mall sushi joint but the great reviews hinted it was worth a shot. And boy was it! Great great sushi and we'll definitely be back. We tried the Lion King and TNT roll. Both were packed with fresh flavors that combined real well into an awesome bite. Their regular spicy tuna roll is the spiciest I've ever had - tasty tasty.”
