“The main reason for my five star review is our waitress ***Kate***. We went in on a Friday night at 2am. The restaurant was crazy busy. Kate was the only employee on the floor since 3 people had called out. We watched Kate handling well over 10 tables at the same time perfectly well and manage to make all the customers feel like a million bucks. Definitely deserves a raise. Hopefully the owners understand the value she brings to the business. As a business owner I truly believe that chances of finding an employee like her is one in a hundred. Fantastic job Kate. We are going to be back only because of you. Keep it up!”

Waited another 45 minutes to get my food. People who came in after me were getting their food before me. Very frustrating. No real apology. “Saw Frank's main restaurant on Diners Drive In's and Dives. Food was OMG fantastic! Depending on where you sit you might catch a glimpse of the noodles being stretched and made. Long wait but Veterans Day and lunch time. Got food super fast for a packed place. Service people SO polite and knowledgeable. Techie with tablets to take orders. They are next to Nike campus so they better be techie! Ha. Noodles and shrimp amazing flavor and BIG portion. Husband had Mongolian Beef. SO flavorful and melt in your mouth tender. Oh! Crab puffs first that were big and crammed with filling. Worth the distance to get there from anywhere! We came from the Oregon Coast.”

“I've been going here for breakfast the 3+ years, it's a modern/contemporary diner with a calm vibe and fair prices. I've seen consistently how the staff works and it is impressive. I will comment on the review below is probably a party that was harassing the waitress because the staff that I've observed for years here are on the quiet side and are really levelheaded in unsavory situations; which we all know that food service gets a lot of those. So take an objective person's word for it and not a group of bullies. The only thing they could improve here is the bacon, it's the reason for the 4/5 stars it's cold, not crunchy, stuff bacon. I actually REALLY recommend they improve it ????????”

“Went with sister to get family size pizza. Due to it being a Friday night, it was super busy and there was a 40+ minute wait. Waited; got pizza. Dough was flat and it looked undercooked. Sister walked back to kiosk to express dissatisfaction with condition of pizza. Sister was asked what she wanted done; she replied that she wanted a sufficiently cooked pizza to take home to family. Manager was called. Didn't bother to look at pizza; offered to give refund and to run pizza through oven again. Amended that by offering a new pizza when I joined sister at counter. Bottom line - the manager followed protocol but with obvious annoyance and her lack of interest in even looking at the pizza being returned was both disturbing and disappointing. Costco pizza has a reputation for being both tasty and affordable. On this date quality did not seem important - sad.”
