    Frankie's is a cult classic, "greasy spoon," kind of joint! If you want to experience what Pittsburgh was like when it was "The Iron City" and where blue collar workers would go for a quick bite and to throw a cold one back this place is for you! The food is great but you will walk out smelling like a hot dog stand. A must try in my opinion!

    Double Hot Sausage is always on point, also has the best Footlong Hot Dogs with cheese and ketchup or how ever You like. Sandwiches were only 95 cents when I first went and worth every penny of $4.50

    I've been going to Frankie's off and on for about 30 years now since a friend of mine turned me onto it I usually get a meatball hoagie which is really good including the bun. However they could use some friendlier workers.
