“This is my third time here the first time service was great I got muffins the order was the perfect. The second time was at 1050 one night when no one came to the window while I was in the drive through. So I couldn't place an order and the close at 11 so someone should have been there to take all order. This time I got a latte with and requested less ice. When I was handed my drink it felt a little heavy on the ice and I she'd is this less ice the woman says yes. Well once I pull off and actually look at my cup I see that it's filled with ice. I don't like alot of ice on my coffee it waters it down and destroys the taste. I like my coffee cooled which is why I requested less ice. It's a very simple request and then please don't tell me it's less ice when the chip is obviously full. I would have went back if I didn't have my infant in the car and need to get home.”

“Dunkin Donuts in general is great but this specific one has really been getting me lately. The drive thru is an absolute mess when they are busy, traffic backs up onto 51. Backing out of your spot if you stop inside is practically impossible due to the drive thru line being directly behind the parking spaces.Not a lot Dunkin can do about expanding the plot they own so I guess you just have to deal with it. Beside that.... My order has gotten completely screwed up twice in the passed week. Honestly, this might just be a bad run because I go here all the time with no problems. Don't expect consistency all the time either, whether whipped cream and toppings goes on my iced latte or not is up the the person that makes it I guess, I get the same thing and it always looks different when I get it.”

Their bagels are JUST the perfect size, hot, soft and fresh, they are legit piping hot when you get them. I enjoy eating them plain with nothing on it when I first pick them up but once they cool down, their cream cheese is just to die for! I highly recommend the plain, jalapeño and bacon scallion. My parents love the honey walnut and strawberry. You just can’t go wrong with a Bruegger’s bagel!”

The girl rang it up and gave me a pager. I asked what it was for and she said it would buzz when my food was ready. I asked if she was going to bring it to the table. No, you pick it up. What was the tip for? I tip wait staff because they work for tips. These people preparing my food make up to 12 dollars an hour! This is a scam! People expecting a tip not for exceptional service but just doing their job. No more tips from me.”
