My bun was burnt and my sausage was over cooked which I don't know how that happens since they are all supposed to be cooked the same on the timer. The girl at the counter was pretty nice, she is the only reason y it was a decent visit was because of her politeness. My food was a bummer. But like I said, I have had better experiences here.”

“If I’m in Pittsburgh, this is another absolute must for my list of places to stop at. Very hard finding good bagels in Florida, so this is always a heavenly treat. Their bagels are JUST the perfect size, hot, soft and fresh, they are legit piping hot when you get them. I enjoy eating them plain with nothing on it when I first pick them up but once they cool down, their cream cheese is just to die for! I highly recommend the plain, jalapeño and bacon scallion. My parents love the honey walnut and strawberry. You just can’t go wrong with a Bruegger’s bagel!”

“The sandwich and soup we're good. The girl that took my order was very friendly. But, when I paid with a credit card, the machine wanted a tip amount. I put in 2 dollars. The girl rang it up and gave me a pager. I asked what it was for and she said it would buzz when my food was ready. I asked if she was going to bring it to the table. No, you pick it up. What was the tip for? I tip wait staff because they work for tips. These people preparing my food make up to 12 dollars an hour! This is a scam! People expecting a tip not for exceptional service but just doing their job. No more tips from me.”

“Back in November of 2018... This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the area. My last visit- Half a container of overdone fries with no salt. The sandwich was sort of put together. Order thrust at me and I said thanks and she just walked away. This is typical service for this store. I go there occasionally just to see if anything has changed. Feb 2019 The people were really nice today. Maybe cleaned house and hired new people? Burger was a bit rough but my fries were full! And the workers were very pleasant. Raised my waiting from 1 to 3.”
