“Food was *okay*. Not inedible, but very pedestrian. Not much made from scratch, and it was evident. Most overcooked. Some over seasoned. Some under seasoned. If you don't have a specific product (I. E. Coca-Cola) tell your customer before serving your craft cola. If someone has gone to the extent of specifying a brand name, it matters to the customer. I wouldn't go back for a full sit down meal, but apps and a drink is fine. I do enjoy their outdoor seating in the summer for drinks in the courtyard.”

“What a perfectly beautiful place! We have been to Jim Thorpe for day trips before but this visit we decided to stay for the weekend. It really has allowed us to get around and see more and we have found a new favorite place in Cafe Arielle and the Stabin Museum. We enjoyed a beautiful March sunny day on the patio with cocktails and appetizers. The food and drinks were great, the artwork is phenomenal, and Victor, his wife and their daughter (our waitress!) all welcomed us like family. What a great gem and we can't wait to be back during even nicer weather! The underground stream incorporated into the design is also so great. We hope to get to sit at that table next to each we are in town!”

“This was one of the best dining experiences my husband and I have ever had. We were strolling the streets of Jim Thorpe when we happened upon this place. The outside looks rather average, but we saw it had 4.5 stars on Google, so we decided to give it a chance. I am so glad that we did. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We each had a cup of soup to start and both were delicious. Following the soup, we split a pasta dish and a burger. Both were also amazing, but the lime and ginger Cole slaw was the best take on Cole slaw I have ever tasted. It took the burger dish from a 9.5 to a 10. We ended the dinner with coffees and desserts and while the desserts also deserve top notch ratings, the coffee seriously stole the show. Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared, cooked, served and flavored. I wish we lived closer so we could frequent this place more often. I highly highly highly recommend this place and hope you also get Kim as your server. She was the perfect mix of attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Her stellar performance rounded out the meal for us. Top ratings all around!”

“I can't give this place less than 4 stars because the food and service is so good, the problem I have is that if you have eaten there regularly in the past years the change to the tapas menu is a real bummer, small portions , high prices. I would gladly pay more if they had kept the portion sizes the same. Hoping by now they changed back. After seeing some of the reviews may have been an issue. Will definitely think twice before making the 45 minute drive.”

“This is one of my favorite little places to go when I'm in the town of Jim Thorpe, and has been since I was a kid. They have the best hotdogs I've ever had (Chili Dog is like no other). I absolutely love that they haven't changed the old-school nature of the cart. Now I take my daughter to the Doggie Wagon. One Saturday while driving her to get a hotdog I said: "I hope someday when you're older, you remember coming to the Doggie Wagon, because it's a great memory to have."
