    Server was not able to answer fairly simple questions and when he didn't know the answer he guessed. However, he was polite. Food was good, but overall it was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience due to several other issues there.

    Long wait times, soggy food, issues using gift cards. Lousy customer service. Used to be one of my favorite places for bbq's... anymore I will go elsewhere

    I'd eat here again. I've never had a bad meal here. German fare is the best.

    The food is great. Atmosphere decent and service good. I like this place very much.

    We had delicious fish and chips. The server was good at recommending some beers to try, and it was just a very nice evening. The decor is as the name says "olde new york" which is cozy and comfortable but in a sophisticated kind of way.
