“Yes, it is in a gas station. And yes, Lupita’s Authentic Mexican Food is some of the best Mexican food I have ever consumed. I have had Mexican food in some of the most incredible places and never thought that I would find a place like this in the middle of Pennsylvania. You have to check it out. Handmade corn tortillas. The salsa bar is filled with a flavorful assortment of options. I ordered three tacos - all different meats - and I can’t decide which one I like the most. I highly recommend Lupita’s Authentic Mexican Food!”

“For a sub place they have a ton of variety on the menu and some interesting combo toppings on their named sandwiches. Definitely check them out.”

“My boyfriend often stops in here for a couple slices at lunch time and enjoys it, so when we were in the neighborhood for dinner we decided to give it a shot. He got sandwich which he said was noticeably less impressive than in the afternoons when the owner is in. I paid about 11 dollars for one of the most disappointing salads I have ever had. We chose seats near the entrance to the kitchen, and when I saw a woman open the freezer and pull out a couple chunks of chicken, already cooked, with her bare hands, my expectations weren't high for the chicken. It was as I expected, and the vegetables themselves didn't seem at all fresh. I suppose if you're looking for pizza by the slice, it's a good place for a quick stop at lunchtime when they're busy. Otherwise, I don't think I'd go back.”

“Great customer service. The Manager and Owner are absolutely wonderful people. Not to mention best bagels I've had in State College, hands down. You cannot go wrong with any of their hot breakfast sandwiches, especially on an Everything bagel! A must go-to.”

“Was there just a few days ago. Our service was great. Our waitress was extremely kind and helpful, she went above and beyond. Our food was also good and nobody had any complaints. Everything was exceptional, until I noticed how dirty everything was. My young toddler was with us and I generally try to clean up some after her, instead of just leaving piles of food for someone else to deal with. When I bent down to pick up the food she dropped, it was totally covered in ants...like a lot of ants. We weren't there long, but these little guys (sugar ants) were quick to it. I was also a little grossed out when I went to wipe the table off where my daughter sat and my baby wipe came up completely black. I would still go back, but I'll probably wipe the table down myself first and look for ants!”

“Best features are all you can eat wings Mondays and live bands once in a while. Bartender is usually great but if you're waiting for food it might be a bit. Great deals during Happy Hour though.”

“Excellent Asian Fusion menu with lots of choices. Good prices too. Unfortunately they no longer have a sushi bar. But this is a regular hangout for me. Absolutely love the hot and sour soup. It is a full bowl to serve the table so I always get take home for another day.”

“THEY FINALLY TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!! there is always a line even on an off season weekend (mid summer). But it moves fast. The service is still good considering how busy they are. Delicious food!”

“Always a good time, always friendly staff. Satisfies any sweet tooth.. But if youd rather a savory treat, the burgers are good as well. Not quite as good of burgers as, say, a bar&grill, but good nonetheless.”

“I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and the place was super clean. All the tables were wiped and the floors were kept neat. I really enjoyed their food. I am a picky eater and I make some very demanding requests at times and they were very willing to accommodate my needs. The bathrooms were very sanitary and the sinks were clean as well. Overall the restaurant had a great atmosphere and an amazing staff. I definitely would go to this Wendy's again as it is one of the most well managed ones I have been to in awhile.”

“Food was fantastic, best chicken parm I've had out in a long time, and one of my sons had the largest burger he'd ever had. He said it was very good as well. The restaurant was not crowded when we arrived however we were seated at a table for which there wasn't a server assigned so we waited for a little bit. Once they realized what had happened, a very nice and friendly server came to help us. Our food was served hot and we were checked on a fair amount of times.”

“One of the top-three pizzeria in State College. A little more expensive than the other pizza pubs in the borough, but valuable enough to pay the difference. Meat-lovers pizza is my favorite there, try it, if you really love meat! Beer list is wide enough to let you choose yours anytime with any taste.”

“This is my favorite of all of the Waffle Shops. The food is always good and the coffee is always fresh. We went on a Tuesday morning with a party of seven and had about a 3-minute wait. The only downside was that we got crammed into a table that was more appropriate for six people. But overall, I would always recommend this as a great place for breakfast at any hour.”

“Fast service and tasty food. Came for a quick bite while out and about and was not disappointed. The single pizza slices were substantially sized, and Ahmed served our food quickly. Good location for a bite while out for a night on the town.”

“Delicious! The banana bread French toast was on point. The gouda omelet was yummy too. The hubs had the hash bowl and it was perfectly spicy, he described it as scrumptious. :) The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I praised the kitchen staff on the way out. So glad we found this place along our journey.”
