“Place was cute and homey, and the staff were quick and attentive. The best though came in 15 minutes time,,,PIZZA!!! Talk of moist, cheesy and tasty. We ordered a large and after 2 slices each we were stuffed and in heaven. Would definitely eat here again and bring some friends.”

“I love the subs!!! My go to is The Hook & Ladder! However I would not recommend ordering ahead. I had an experience tonight where I ordered well in advance (1/2 hour) and when I arrived (on time) 3 people were ordering at the counter so I stood at the appropriate spot where a sign indicated "online pick up". Two people were behind the counter, 1 taking orders and 1 making subs. They both saw me standing there but neither approached or spoke to me. Thinking that the one making the subs was still making my order in addition to the counter orders I waited. 10 minutes later after the counter orders were complete the "sub maker" took off his gloves and went into the back room. Finally the order person looked my way and I asked her if she had an online order ready. She said yes and gave me the prepared order which was sitting on the back counter (perhaps on a warmer/toaster of some sort). I only live 4 minutes away and by the time I got home they were only slightly warm in the center. Again I love the subs but I think from now on I will order when I get there.”

“So... The food was great, the space was terrific. We walked in on a snowy Sunday as a party of 12 and they were happy to quickly accommodating. We had a great meal, paid our bill and as we we're rounding up to leave... We were told by the chef "uhhhhm... This is a family place - but we need you to get your kids out of here. ". I try honestly, to be understanding. Our kids were definitely in the way, while we were just finishing up and getting things together. It would have been kind, however, if they could have first come and said... We'd appreciate it if you could help keep the kids in one area, while we're walking around, etc. But. Seriously, I do get it. Just a little bummed about the way it was handled. ????”
