“Best shoe fly pie in Lancaster County! No comparison! I tried the chocolate pecan pie and it's dreamy! I actually buy these for my own restaraunt and that chocolate pecan pie gets snatched up immediately. People will come in and buy the entire pie. I cannot keep them in stock. This place has so much to offer outside of pies. Amish furniture, clothing and other gift items. It's just a cool place! The staff is very sweet and always helpful. They clearly love what they do because it shows! Thank you Dutch haven and please keep up the good work! Your pies are truly a slice of heaven!????”

“Ask for Cameron and his try his recommendations. Great service and phenomenal young man. He recommended the Toasted Almond which i was ok the fence about but assured me that I'd like it and that it was his favorite. I was sold and purchased. Took a bite before walking out and was blown away. I definitely enjoyed my time here and will be to Lancaster... for another one lol”

“I've always loved their hot dogs rolled in a pretzel roll. It's the right balance for a savory item. It adds a bit of a buttery taste to it. The one bad thing about it is that I feel like I need to eat two of them instead of just one to satisfy my craving. It's a fast food version of comfort food.”

“It was warm when we got there and they offered to turn up the air. Our waitress, Rebecca was amazing! There was only 1 cook but the staff worked together to get our food out as quickly as possible. Everything was hot and tasted great! Thanks!”

“great customer service and a "cozy" warm ambience. The music volume is in the background and makes it easy to converse or make phone calls and hear the other end of the conversation. Panera doesn't "make 'em like that anymore"”

“The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of the food my mom cooked during my boyhood. The dining was family style, which we didn't mind at all. There were homemade fried chicken, roast beef, buttered noodles, green beans, real mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, shew fly pie, strawberry pie, homemade chocolate ice cream and homemade vanilla ice cream. There were many other items, but I can't remember what. The service was wonderful. If we ran out of an item, the waitress was very quick to get refilled bowls. The restaurant was very clean; the restroom was also. There is also a very nice gift shop located inside the restaurant. When I return to Lancaster County. Pennsylvania, I will return to this restaurant. Thanks for a delicious meal and for the superb service.”

“We've lived in Lancaster for 2 years and have yet to visit this lovely place. Since it was the first day of spring and they offer a free scoop of ice cream I figured I would support a local establishment rather than a big national chain. It was wonderful ice cream! I also got coffee and bagels afterwards. Just across the parking lot there are a couple of adorable animals in a little fenced enclosure. Today we saw goats, a donkey, and chickens! My girls were all about that. There's also a lovely little playground with a very shallow Creek running through it. I definitely learned my lesson about not bringing Wellies on this bright sunny 45 degree day. We came home with wet feet but happy hearts. This will definitely become a place we frequent.”
