“Quite a good place to grab breakfast if you are in the shopping area of Lancaster. When we arrived it was very busy. Had a 10 minute wait. Once we were seated we had our waitress take our order fast. The food arrived hot and fresh. I had the meat lovers omelet. Which was delicious. Food was cooked perfectly no problems. We stayed for over 40 or so minutes. We felt very welcome and comfortable in this great but busy diner.”

“First time at this location. Awesome visit to CFA as always. Fresh food and friendly staff. Looks like they were in the process of remodelling. Can't wait to see the finished product.”

“Uncustomarily fast service, really fast food for a change. My wife is addicted to their breading. She can see a Long John Silvers sign a mile away! What a difference today. Slower than molasses. Only two people working at lunch time so no dedicated cook??? Took five minutes at the counter before we were even acknowledged, another five for someone to come take the order and 15 more to get our food. Saw five parties give up and walk out before we go our food. They won't last long at this rate! Nobody bothered to shovel the whole sidewalk area, one handicapped parking spot was totally blocked with snow and the other forced you to walk 50 feet out of your way to get to the door. Is that not illegal in Pennsylvania?”

“Overall it was pretty good. Fairly priced. Pulled pork and brisket were good. Although the brisket was chopped which is not common. Mac and cheese along with spinach and mashed potatoes. The "Cole slaw" no good. Dry no flavor basically a cup of chopped cabbage. Rolls seemed a bit doughy too. Choices of BBQ sauce was nice as well. Would I visit again... Yes staff was very friendly and fast service.”

“I hated this place, the food was awful and the service sucked. Went to the one in Lancaster on route 30 because my dad wanted ribs. What an amazing meal. They changed the menu and the service in this one. My dinner was AMAZING. Not burnt or overcooked, my ribs fell of the bones. The vegetables were perfect, not over cooked but fresh and well made. Thank you Ruby Tuesday's”

“No one ever walks out of a Waffle House with great exclamations of how clean it is, but you do leave having experienced a waffle phenomenon. The combination of whatever magic goes into those waffles plus whatever sugar magic goes into that syrup is a breakfast/lunch/dinner game-changer! At this Waffle House, the staff is always friendly, the food is always fast, and the waffles are always life-changing. I used to come here with my recent ex-husband (we had irreconcilable differences over breakfast wait times) and we always had a great time. Maybe if we didn't stray from delicious and easy places like Waffle House, we'd still be together. Anyway, hey boys what's up.”

“Jessica was our server and she was excellent! Busy Saturday night and she was very polite and accommodating! My wife is pregnant and is VERY sensitive to smells and someone was wearing perfume/cologne that was really bothering her. We ask if we could please be seated elsewhere and explained why. Jessica was so kind and understanding and had us moved elsewhere in no time Thank you Jessica for your excellent service! Wife was able to enjoy her meal migraine free. Food was pretty good too”

“Food was decent, service not so much. Nice atmosphere, very well appointed. When we got there about 9:30 am Sunday there was about a half house. No wait...or so we thought. There was a young man conversing with another near where we wait at the "It would be our pleaser to seat you" sign. Eventually he acknowledged us and asked how many, we said 4 and he walked away. He stopped at a table and then we realized we were to follow...the waitress was there quickly and we ordered drinks. They came in a reasonable time, at which time we realized there was only silverware for two of us. We had to ask for silverware. To make a long story short we noticed that most seated in the hour we were there had similar issues. Once we ordered it took what seemed to be quite a while to get food, it did come out hot and fresh...”

“Always want to make a trip to Lancaster for the hubcap pancakes! Love the atmosphere of this little diner full of character. The servers are so friendly and the hostess is a little grumpy but you just want to smile and give her a hug. It is close quarters with the other customers but that is part of the charm. You feel like this could be the basis of any comedy show ever set in a diner/coffee shop. Fun times.”

“Just another Subway restaurant as always nothing special just like they have everwhere else. People are friendly and helpful but the food is average at best. This is OK if you are in a hurry But personally myself I would not want it every day.”

“We've lived in Lancaster for 2 years and have yet to visit this lovely place. Since it was the first day of spring and they offer a free scoop of ice cream I figured I would support a local establishment rather than a big national chain. It was wonderful ice cream! I also got coffee and bagels afterwards. Just across the parking lot there are a couple of adorable animals in a little fenced enclosure. Today we saw goats, a donkey, and chickens! My girls were all about that. There's also a lovely little playground with a very shallow Creek running through it. I definitely learned my lesson about not bringing Wellies on this bright sunny 45 degree day. We came home with wet feet but happy hearts. This will definitely become a place we frequent.”

“Ample parking though a short walk to the entrance. A large waiting area and some seating with restrooms and light shopping for gifts. Greeted by a host hand then seated in a dimmed dining atmosphere. Tables are closely placed together. No seating booths. Feeding troughs are well-stocked and with a vast array of dishes , salads and entrees. Menu dining is also available. Beer and wine available at an average cost. Friendly and courteous staff working very hard to make this all happened. Food is excellent, free refills on drinks. Also includes a dessert bar. Restrooms are average technology with specious enough to maneuver around. Very clean.”

“Went on Friday evening. Very crowded but only waited 20 minutes. Had buffet. This is a family owned restaurant in Lancaster County which is known for Pennsylvania Dutch food. Everything was excellent. Food was like homemade dinners and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this to tourists while visiting Lancaster County.”
