“In my experience Lancaster County as a whole does not usually have the best asian cuisine. Ephrata Asian Bistro is CHANGING the game. The sushi was the BEST I have ever had; it was so fresh and a great flavor. The sesame chicken was the PERFECT amount of sweet and spicy. The workers are all so sweet and patient and check to make sure you have everything you need. If you have not been, you need to go check it out! I will definitely be back!”

“Visited here on Friday not long after they opened. Of the 3 breweries we visited in Ephrata the beers at Pour Man's were the best. The staff working behind the bar was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection and variety of different beers. All the beers I tried were very good. I will be back to try other beers the next time I'm in the area.”

“Sorry to see this Ephrata icon close at end of December. Known for extra big breakfasts made from scratch. Yummy soups (their mushroom soup is thick and perfectly balanced with beef broth and subtle herbs) and huge sandwiches. Homemade croutons on their salads are to die for...how to make them crunchy and buttery like the do? Servers are always attentive and helpful. We certainly hope the Pancake Farm gets new owners who will keep the same recipes.”

I had the taco pizza the other day and it was probably the best taco pizza I have ever had.
