    This typically is not the best IHOP (not that IHOP is great anyway) but we had a really good experience here this time. Our waitress was really attentive and pleasant. The only thing off was the hash browns were a square cut out slab.

    Smaller IHOP with tight parking but very friendly staff. All normal menu items served promptly in a location that looks a little dated compared to others. Table wait staff is very friendly and usually offers to provide a cup to take a "coffee with you". Nice touch!
