“Stopped in randomly before appointment near by. I was hungry they had food and snacks. The doughnut amazing! Didn’t even make it to my car. It was soft, but the poki stick gave it a crunch, the taro flavor was sweet but not overpowering or too sweet. Now these Korean corn dogs…i didn’t hate them. I did eat both. And i would definitely try more and go back to this place if i was ever hungry again and in the area. It just wasn’t the greatest. I think it’s great for kids or folks that like finger food like this. It just wasn’t for me. But again didn’t hate it just wasn’t my favorite thing. I’d be down to try it again maybe a different flavor. The service was quick and efficient. The server seemed nice enough and knowledgeable.”

“I had the opportunity to be part of a pop-up dinner for VIA 417 before they do their grand opening and all I can say is wow I was left speechless from the starters to entire and finally dessert you can really tell that the chef has a passion and cares deeply about your dining experience. You can tell that they really do care about the quality of food that is being served to customers; the ingredients did feel fresh and dishes felt creative but at the same time not too overwhelming. I think people are in for a treat when this place is finally open to the public.”

“I really hope this place survives because it has promise, but they're opening in a difficult time and they have some kinks to work out. Chicken satay (which was really a spicy chicken kebab) was excellent and generous. The samosas and chickpea curry side dish was also delicious. But we didn't get rice with the two curry dishes we ordered, which were extremely greasy, and steamed vegetables should not be warmed up frozen mixed veggies. I'd love to be a regular customer if they can work these things out.”

“So happy to have such a great Indian restaurant close by! The service was absolutely excellent and the food was so delicious. The Indian spiced Bloody Mary was so good - I want to take a jug of it home with me! The butter chicken curry was really good (maybe missing a little bit of the sweetness that I've had with other butter chickens) and the veggie samosas were amazing. My husband said his vindaloo was incredible too. Can't wait to go back!”

“I'll try to start with the positives. My south if the border sandwich was good. The garlic bagel I got it on was delicious. However, I felt rushed while trying to decide what I wanted to order. I'm reading over the menu, I've never been here before, and every 30 seconds or so I hear the person behind the counter shout, "I can help whoever's next!". Guess what? I'm not ready yet. Wait. It took a while for our sandwiches to be ready. They were packed to go even though we had said we were dining in. That part I can ignore. I can't ignore that my bagel was not cut properly. I also can't ignore that the avocado pieces that were on my sandwich may have potentially been under ripe. My party and I weren't fans of the dollar charge for soda refills. The bagels here really taste amazing but as of right now I don't know if I'll be coming back.”

There are a handful of vegetarian options and they're always accommodating of substitutions (I highly reccomend the eggs Benedict with avocado instead of pork). Great atmosphere and very good for big groups. Trivia on Thursdays is great too!”

“Good place for groups or the casual beer drinker. Also has a nice selection of Spirits. The menu is made up of many traditional bar staples but, their burgers are the standout items. You have the option of enjoying your meal in the main dining area which includes a bar, or you can ask to be seated outside in their covered patio area. The times that I've gone (usually 9pm on Fridays) there's always been a pretty mixed crowd, some young, some old and ethnically diverse. If you're in the area and looking for decent food and a good time I'd highly recommend the Drake Tavern”
