“Moved to the area a few wks ago and finally came in to check out the place . I did liked the place , the service was a bit awkward ( due to language barrier somewhat), as for the food was kinda disappointing. The soup or whatever is that was soooo fishy in taste and smell that made me gag. I didn’t even bothered to eat more than a couple spoon of it to make sure I wasn’t missing much. I had it before in other places and this was the worse I ever experienced. As for the food was ok. The sauce was ice cold,the cucumber looked bad but was actually fine. The chicken and rice were ok. As for the other dish with ribs, were somewhat raw and the noodles that came with it looked like ramen noodles with some flavor even though the girl said were something else. For the price of it all, was expensive and not worth it. The good part of this experience was the quiet and clean the place was . My dish (chicken and rice) was mostly good.”

“My husband and I decided to check this place out on a whim and we ended up staying for hours we had so much fun! The food was delicious and the drinks were lots of fun. The game moderators helped us get started with game selection but once we were comfortable we went and tried out different things. The staff regularly checked in to see how we were. “Incredible! So excited that this place just opened. It is truly a cut above your typical sushi place, with dishes and rolls that are innovative and well-composed. I had the beauty Alaskan roll with black rice and it was SO GOOD. I love that they offer black rice which has a great texture and is very healthy. I also loved the natura roll which doesn’t have rice, only cucumber. I got take out but the restaurant is beautiful inside. I can’t wait to go back!”

“Hey, so I went in last night for the soft opening. Place was completely packed. Food felt like it was as good as the one downtown, delicious, good bar menu and prices. The staff was very kind and attentive. It was clear they weren't fully ready for the opening since I only saw a few servers despite a completely packed place and the waitress did apologize for the time, but I'm really looking forward to going again when they fully open later this month!”

The "Free Time" (10 minutes) on the street parking meters are a considerate touch by the town. “I went down to Philly for a wedding back in late July and I was staying at my sisters apartment. I heard about Ardmore Q through podcasts as well as tweeting to Chef Duffy online. I’ve been around this country and tried multiple BBQ’s, tried all different styles of ribs with ribs and sauces. Ardmore Q has been the best one so far !!!! One of the key items I specially like about Ardmore Q is that you get a perfect amount of food for a quality price. My goal is to head down to Ardmore Q come New Years and hopefully meet Chef Duffy himself, if he’s not to busy. If anyone is looking for a great BBQ joint I would definitely recommend this restaurant to them.”

“Amazing family owned restaurant. One of the best authentic Philly cheesesteaks I have ever had. I also tried the hot wings and although I usually don’t like wings, these wings were amazing. They have great service, delicious food, and are some of the nicest people I have ever met. If I could give it 10 out of 5 stars I would, but I guess 5 will have to do for now. Also, they have a TV with literally every channel so non-stop entertainment while waiting for your food. Bonus: they have some really good ice cream. I would recommend the mango ice cream.”

“Food was hit and miss. The chick n wrap was very good, the banana dessert was excellent. The chili was over salted, though they gave us some free avocado slices to reduce the saltiness. The coffee initially was cold and it took them a while to replace it and get me a fresh cup. Some servers were attentive and others could not care less. The menu covers all the basics, but the quality to price ratio is off. Not everything is good, but they over charge for most of the food items. But there ambience and wait staff service, with few exceptions, is usually great! Recommend.”
