If you are a foodie and appreciate authentic Italian food then Tre Scalini is an alternate to taking a trip to Florence.
Chef Santo will personally prepare every dish to exceed your expectations.
A hidden gem in the valley and our absolute favorite!
Food was very good just wish I had more of it. Nice atmosphere an friendly staff.
One of my favorites in Bethlehem. Every meal is great! We are never in a rush but for some people that could be a problem because meals can take a while to arrive at your table. Menu never changes. They make a limoncello cake that is divine, but they rarely have it even though our server says that it's the most requested dessert item. I never can understand that. BYO. Amazing appetizers.
I travel globally, and this place is hands down, the best Italian I've had. Pasta cooked to perfection. Perfect flavor compliments. And warm and charming atmosphere. A perfect gem. Only downside is BYOB, so you have to bring your own wine, but no corkage fee.
The food was phenomenal; the grilled octopus was tastefully seasoned and cooked to perfection. The pistachio cake was dense, creamy, and delicious. The service was very nice as well. The place was small, which I don't find to be a problem, but made it a bit hard to find with the small sign outside. The only real complaint is that they don't serve wine.
