“The place is clean and staff is nice, but there is no way simple milkshake should take 12+ minutes, especially when there are no other orders. The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke, but to have it happen multiple times is disappointing.”

“I recently visited Andrew Rogers’ Pizzeria in Hellertown and it exceeded my expectations. The owner was incredibly polite, and the freshly made pizza lived up to its enticing images on Google. The picturesque landscape added to the overall charm, making it a delightful experience for nature lovers. To top it off, the owner's gesture of a complimentary dessert was truly appreciated. I highly recommend supporting this local gem!”

“I was warmly welcomed by the owner while picking up my food. My husband and I ordered the Arroz Chaufa con Pollo and the whole Pollo Al Carbon, both were seasoned wonderfully. The sauces balanced the meals perfectly. The owner said they should have table dining by September 6th. We’ll definitely be back to try other items on the menu! Skip the chain restaurants and spend it on your local businesses!”

“515 Main makes a good sports bar for the downtown area. The food is pretty good and comes out quick. The drinks are pretty good as well and decently priced. The atmosphere is still set up as a club, which isn’t the best for dining, but the main focus here is sports and they definitely have that covered with TVs and surround sound.”

“We had our wedding reception at The Wilbur Mansion in winter 2023. Everything from the staff to the venue was wonderful. Everyone I worked with during the planning process was professional and quick with responses. They truly made me feel like they wanted us to have an amazing event. Personal details were provided and I loved that they only host one event at a time. Customer service is 10/10. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of the food served during dinner - hot and perfectly prepared! The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a beautiful place to get married or host any kind of event. And the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable!”

“I normally wait until I'm finished eating to post a review. Not today. This is by far o e of the best places I've been to for traditional Hispanic food. Large portions as shown in the picture, meat perfectly seasoned and so tender you can cut it with a spoon. The rice perfectly cooked with a mix of eggs, peppers and onions. The real standout for me was the goat. Not many places serve goat and even fewer cook it properly. For a small restaurant, this place is amazing. Prices are definitely fair and you get quality above what you pay for. I'll be stopping in as long as they are open.”

“We had an incredible time here!!! We are previous residents of Jim Thorpe and fans of Myst already but Steak and Steel blew them away. Came in for hibachi just as the superbowl started. We were sat and helped quickly. The server, Andrea, was absolutely amazing. She was constantly checking on us but we never felt pressured or rushed in any way. We chose some drinks, sushi and got soft shell crab as an app. The crab was surprisingly very good! The sushi was top notch as well. Our hibachi meals came with soup and salad. Both of which were very nice. A classic peanut dressing on the salad. The blackberry sage cocktail was very nice as well as the old fashioned. Can't wait to try more cocktails! Chef Sky came out and put on a show for us. Rounds of skillful cooking with sake in between. The show was great and the food was even better. Afterward we ordered a round for the chefs and they all came out to thank us. The meal was fantastic from start to finish both in food and in service. We will definitely be back for dine in and takeout!! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. Your staff is amazing and we are so glad you've set up shop here in Bethlehem.”

“Best vegan pizza I’ve ever had in my life as well as the best customer service I have ever had a pizzeria. Lauren, who as working the front counter is super sweet and helpful. Not only to us but to everyone who came in. I remember there was a Nick and a Zach working as well. Trying to remember everyone who is working‘s name as I promise to mention everybody in the review. Regardless I seriously recommend this pizza place to anyone who is looking for a vegan spot with fun and friendly staff and Cool atmosphere. My best friend and I met up for the weekend and we were looking for something that was up our alley and lucky for us we felt so lucky to have found this place. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Just heard about this place so I rode my bike from upper macungie to Bethlehem for lunch. Street parking out front or use the parking garage, it’s downtown so don’t complain about that. Staff was super friendly and attentive give. Place is very nice and clean inside and have a great food selection. I ordered the El Cubanito with the plantain chips and sauce . The food was cooked within a reasonable time and was absolutely amazing, I loved it all and didn’t leave a bite to spare. Very well done with the design and food selection, will be back for sure.”

“Food was absolutely delicious! Every dish you could tell was thought out and platted so beautifully. Big portions…My husband and I are huge foodies and can be critical, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. Service was excellent. It is a BYOB which is always fun! Definitely Recommend 10/10”

“One word. WOW. for them being so new everything was amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Tavern experience, good food, tasty drinks, or even an all-around 5-star experience with service, especially if you luck up and get Ariyani as your server. I'm most certainly coming back again and again. Thank you very much to the entire staff @ The Flying Pig. Don't change.”

“Very excited for local dim sum finally! Allegedly the owners moved from Chinatown NYC. Everything we ordered was excellent and served piping hot, and the owners/staff were great as well. We especially loved the wonton in chili oil, stir fried sticky rice, and salt and pepper calamari... so flavorful and yummy. The bbq ribs noodle soup with rice noodle was a great addition on a cold night, but next time I want to try their hot and sour soup because I heard other customers raving about it. Can’t wait to go back again and try more things! I’ll bring some beers next time we well to compliment the delicious food.”

“Intimate dining room overlooking historic Main Street in downtown Bethlehem. Rotating menu that has unique twists on classic dishes and cocktails. Friendly staff. My wife and I enjoy the atmosphere and setting for a romantic dinner. Even though the restaurant is affiliated with McCarthy's Redstag Pub, the entrance is on Main St. It's sort of hidden, followed by a walk up a flight of stairs, giving a speakeasy type feeling.”

“At this point my wife and I have made a part-time job out of trying pizza around Lehigh valley each treat day. Our pizza came out way faster than anticipated and she brought it outside for us to enjoy and pay after, it was so good I had to go inside and pay right then or I would have eaten it right out of oven and burnt my mouth. It's safe to say , it's our new favorite plain pizza in the Valley. We are going to be regulars and appreciated the owners talking with us so kindly. 5 stars across the board in all categories. Owners are amazing and most importantly THE PIZZA IS BRILLIANT. Thank you for a great day!”

“This place is great! Everything tasted amazing. For everyone who says it’s expensive doesn’t pay the price for vegan stuff or know the cost for ingredients. Ingredients and time that it takes to make these amazing treats is what you’re paying for. I do think they are sweet but I’ve had vegan treats elsewhere and they are also sweet.”

“We went there Friday and Saturday night and will be continuing to come. As someone who comes from a South American background, We we’re so happy to find a local place close by. The interior design was absolutely beautiful. Simple, modern with a twist of South American👏🏼 Service was great Food was great & Good size portions with a good price point. It’s definitely a welcoming place as well, We also fell in love with the owners love story. This Gem is here to stay.”
