“My wife and I love the Art Cafe. Family owned the food is great and a little fancy I.e. quiche is offered for breakfast. Breakfast runs about $7 to $10 a plate. Wonderful atmosphere. If you are in a hurry call ahead and order - good food takes time. We usually need about 45 minutes for breakfast from the minute we walk in the door until we walk out.”

The entire staff was extremely friendly and I am always greeted upon entry. Sarah had served me on a Saturday night and she was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and daily specials. The menu is very extensive and offers many choices of sandwiches, pasta, meats, seafood, breakfast (available anytime), sides, salads, and don't miss the "specials" (a full sheet of paper! ) Try to save room for dessert, too! My food has always been very good and comes out hot (the right temperature). Even my cup of hot tea was served at the right temperature - other places, it served too cool, but they get it right here at Mt. Bethel diner. Definitely going back again!”

“Cheese Pizza - Excellent in every way - texture and crispness of crust, seasoning in sauce, cheese, etc. I Stopped in while picking up my grandson, we were going to have a couple slices but he had fallen asleep in the car (he's 4). Took 2 slices to go and figured we would have them later. Just heated them up (4 hours later) and wow just amazing. I am a "New Yorker" but this pizza has them all beat. It would almost be worth the 1 1/2 hour ride.”
