“Very nice lounge. We stopped here after having dinner next door at Cook and Dagger (excellent food). Cedar Spill is an upscale cigar lounge. Really good craft cocktails and an extensive list of tequilas, scotch, bourbons, etc. I am not a cigar afficionado but I can say that there were a good amount of people in there enjoying cigars. Good air filtration too because the cigar smell was not overpowering. It is tastefully decorated and cozy inside. Great place to stop in for a drink/cigar with a light food menu as well. Service was great and the owner was walking around making sure everyone was being taken care of. Check it out for yourself.”

“My fiancé and I stopped in after touring a nearby wedding venue. Neither one of us had been to Circe before and we will be back again, that is for certain! Jessica was our waitress and she took awesome care of us. The drinks were good. The oysters were delicious as well. But dinner was a knockout... they had a salmon special the night we were there (Tuesday night) and it was served over a bed of lobster mashed potatoes (huge chunks of knuckles and claws) and spinach, and to top it off were two of the best poached shrimp of my life. We were blown away by the taste/quality of the meal. I would recommend to anyone in down city Providence!”

They are better and in most cases cheaper than most upscale restaurants. A great selection of whiskey, bourbons, and beers. You cannot beat the Saturday and Sunday breakfast. “I went for a fundraiser NOT because I wanted to be in a cigar bar. Since it had 2 floors I feel a little consideration for the non smokers at least when the food was being served on the second floor. I left after a half hour The place was beautiful and the staff was great but to much smoke with the Manger himself was smoking while working and while he was helping with the food being served”

It could be because of the time that I was there, this time was at about 6pm when the other times was about 9pm or later. This place is small and a lot of people show up and in my opinion it's too crowded. So at this time I was able to hear the conversation I was having with the lady and enjoy a nice steak n cheese sandwich and drink.”

“We went to Federal Hill and the wait was too long. The valet told us to check out Cranston and we headed up here. My girlfriend wanted to leave as the music was a little louder than we were hoping.
