(June 30, 2019, 1:45 pm)Been going too Hungry Haven for years while on vacation. Like 30 years, although I'm not sure it's always been the same name. Breakfast is always good, with sizable portions. This morning was the Crow's Nest. Think eggs Benedict with corned beef hash (fresh made with big chunks of melt-in-your-mouth corned beef) instead of ham and home fries.
It was excellent. Almost more than I could eat. And I'm not a small dude. Service was fast and friendly. Food was out quick and piping hot. Coffee was kept full. What else does one need to make for a great morning?
Oh, that's right, they have DiPollino's Supri sopressata (made in neighboring Westerly) at the register. If you haven't tried Supri, and you like dry cured sausages, you owe it to yourself to try it out. 10/10 would overeat again. -
