I found the RI location online when I was wondering where they went, and flagged it as a reminder to stop if I was ever in the area. I was a little disappointed that my favorite pork osso buco wasn't on the menu, but what we did end up getting was still delicious. Tate's is one of my favorites.

(June 28, 2019, 11:01 pm)My family and I eat here once or twice a month. The food is excellent. Any Italian restaurant starts and ends with their red sauce from my perspective. Tates’ is excellent. Tangy and delicious. Their steak is also excellent even though it is cooked in a pan. As good as most high end steak restaurants at half the cost. The service has always been very good as well. This is a hidden gem nestled in Wickford and is well worth a visit!
