“If you love pizza especially Chicago Deep Dish pizza then you must stop here. We were greeted right away by our waitress, and very nice atmosphere. We ordered the cheese fries and deep dish pizza and it was amazing. If you order the cheese fries get the pizza sauce on the side for dipping, its amazing. The fries are seasoned and delicious. The deep dish is true Chicago style, and very cheesy. A small is good for two people. Bikers if you are in the area stop here. Great menu too, a lot of good food to choose from. Highy recommended!”

“We had such a great experience here tonight, our first time trying O Sushi!! The hostess happily welcomed our family in just after 8. Very nice atmosphere, super clean, and our server was wonderful! “Though I've lived close by for a while, I finally decided today to try Mae's Place, and I regret waiting so long to do it. My mom went a few days ago and said she had a great wrap and some amazing sweet potato fries (this coming from a woman who isn't really a fan of sweet potato fries.) So anyways, I went for breakfast and tried the lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry syrup. Hands down, the best pancakes I have ever eaten. Holy moly. A nice tang from the lemon and ricotta, sweet blueberry syrup, and a burst of freshness from some blueberries sprinkled on top. And of course, gotta have some whipped cream on top to really set it all off. I also got a side of home fries and they were, as my boyfriend and I say, the "good home fries" as in not the fried little cubes of flavorless potatoes, but rather, deliciously seasoned sauteed potatoes. Again I'll say, I regret not visiting Mae's sooner and I can't wait to go back.”

“Oh man, does the Island Deli hit the spot! The sandwiches and fries at this place are absolutely top notch! Island deli is right near Wakefield, making it a great stopping point on the way to or from the beach. The atmosphere is laid back, one might even note, *gasp*, that it's similar to a deli style environment!?!? Who would have thought? All horsing around aside, I don't recall the name of the sandwich I got but it involved some roast beef, muenster cheese, pickled red onion and thousand island. I've never had such a creation before and lo has it swayed my heart. The food comes out hot, and the staff here is friendly, if a bit goofy at times and I can honestly say I left happy as could be. If you're looking for a quick bite that's got more quality than your typical fast/fast-casual establishment this place might be right up your alley! If you're looking for more of a sit down or refined establishment you may want to look a bit further. I'd definitely recommend trying this place!”

“This busy place has relatively standard breakfast fare. Mostly pancakes, eggs, and waffles for breakfast and a few sandwiches for lunch and brunch. We decided on breakfast after a fairly long wait, but I give them credit for handling a busy holiday weekend near the beaches as well as they could. My plate, eggs and sausage, was mostly correct...sans the sausage, which was bacon instead. The breakfast potatoes were good, and the kids liked their chocolate chip pancakes and waffles. Having a tsaty bloody Mary to drink was a nice bonus for a vacation morning.”

My mother and I enjoyed the bite and would love to go again. The only reason I deduct a star is because the manager did get upset with the employee who forgot my shake. It happens and it was fixed but the manager was rude to her employee. She looked like she was being pulled back and forth and I wasn't upset. I don't understand why the manager had to act the way she did.”
